The person at the counter could of been more friendly and didn?t ask if I wanted ketchup for my fries
This was one of the strangest interactions with an employee from any restaurant I've been too. It bothered me so much that I... almost had a panic attack afterwards. My husband and I went through the Lockwood Ridge/53rd Ave east drive through locationbecause dining area was not opened. We ordered 2 impossible kings because it was affordable for us and my husband is vegan andwanted a hot meal. We've been without power from Hurricane Ian for a while and prob for a few more days along with dealing withour son in hospital and it's just been a little rough for us. He likes this location because they usually do a great job withhis order. Not a lot of vegan options for him out there so we really was thankful for BK vegan options. The cashier didn't seemto hear our specific request or understand what we wanted(?) ..she really was not paying very good attention because they werewrong twice. We asked for money back after 2nd time because we didn't need to keep wasting food and time and he was hungry andwe thought we would try another place. The manager Julio asked us what our issue was so we explained and he wanted to know if weknew there were starving people out there, how wasteful we were being and berated us. We just wanted the partial refund and toleave but he wanted to argue and be so nasty and rude to us. We were so confused....we were polite and weren't causing a scene.I've worked retail for over 20 years...I just don't do that because i understand the frustration! I told him this wasunnecessary and unprofessional but he insisted it WAS professional the way he spoke to us and he had the right to do so. We areafraid to go back. I've been upset all day. They never have the ch'king sandwiches, so I always get the whopper instead. Very clean inside. Onion rings are always fresh.
This location makes me laugh. Literally went in to this location 3 different times and nobody knows how the app works even when... you show it right to them when placing an order. I can tell this is the only real career these guys will have if their notrelying on the government for welfare to support their income just to make it without living on the streets. Go elsewhere. I was in line at this location 5 minutes. I was told to hold on. In the meantime 2 customers left because of the wait. Another... car pulled in and was told to wait. After another 2 minutes his order was taken. I pulled to the window to inform the person atthe window that my order wasn't taken and his response with shrugged shoulders "I can't take orders at the window". I asked forthe manager who came to the window with a filthy shirt and no gloves (he was making the orders) and said "You're not going tohold up my line". TERRIBLE customer service. Read more
Visited 12/30/21 at1:45PM I had to give a star to write a review or this place would not get one. This location hasn't always... been this bad. I have been getting food one Burger King or another for 50 years, but have never had such a bad experience. Itwas take out, and though we live close by l wasn't about to return to the site. I did however call and a was treated very rudelyby someone who said he was the manager. He said his name was Dave. I deserve an apology, but probably won't return without owneror management assurance of much improvement. Read more
I want to warn the people behind me in the drive thru to leave now. Been waiting for 7+ minutes for 2 whopper jrs, was asked... about 2 minutes ago what my order was. Literally have been the only person in this line until this last car pulled up. This isridiculous.That face describes this experience to a tee. Read more
The restaurant dining area is very clean and modern but we waited 20 minutes for our food and the person cooking our food let it... sit out half made so my burger meat was lukewarm. Read more
