It's hard to know when this place is open. I feel like they might be short staffed and there's been more than one occurrence... where my roommate and I have gone to get wings or burgers and all the lights are off on like a Saturday at 6:00 p.m....otherwise food is always good and their fries are to die for! Frustrated with the ordering procedure. I never get the right order or they never get it right I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers... today and ended up with spicy chicken and a single Burger with onion. It was Checkers. Good cheap Hamburgers. I didn't like the computer aided (voice) going thru drive when ordering. Otherwise OK.
So they a new robot taking your order. We tried to order what we wanted and the machine did its own thing... Thinking that the... cashier could fix it for me when I got to the window and the cashier had to call a manager to correct the order.(no problem,right! machines make mistakes) This ignorant man was obviously bothered with fixing our order. My husband told him that therobot that took our order took it wrong and he asked him to fix it for us and he explained what we wanted. The older white manmade my husband repeat the order twice so I stepped in to explain the order again i repeated myself 4times! And he stillcouldn't get it right. you can clearly tell he was being RACIST! this used to be my favorite location... Now I'm forced to findanother location since this location is ran with anti BLACK AND BROWN crew. P.S. i will be sharing my experience in multipleplatforms everyone will know about this. This place was great. Its italian food (am i still allowed to say that?) Wel it is Italian i gor a trio; steak; i am gonna... say it was PERFECTLY cooked. I don't think i have ever had a more perfectly cooked, mediom well that baby was grey all over,ex ce p t for the deluxe well done spots. This checkers is the best in Bradenton Sarasota area!! Awesome managers including Audrey!! Ask for something and they got you.... Normally well cleaned and kept up with. Busy at night and mid day.
