They always mess up my order online or in store one time they bagged up all the food and queso spilled all over my car because... they didn?t close it right and tonight we spent $75 on delivery it?s literally insane how expensive it is now anyways and theorder was wrong. I just checked out of this chipotle and was told I couldn't buy chips because they were all out. I was looking at a massive wall... of chips. They said they are only for online orders. I replied "so I could go online right now and order them and I could getthem?". Yes, but you have to wait 20 minutes. What kind of service is that? I'm a paying customer standing in front of youwanting to buy your product and your telling me that you will sell it to other customers, but not to me? Nope... Don?t waste your time or money?Nonsense, lots of switching food at the register and rude behavior from the staff. Hopefully... management pays attention because some of this evenings staff are up to no good. The blonde hair girl with the limp, on and offthe register and whispering about, learn some manners, grow up, and stop touching your hair when dealing with food. I am blacklisting this company store from my doordash, they get the order the minute I accept the delivery, they have all the... time to make it until I get there which could be between 3 - 10 minutes, and once I get there I have never yet seen any completeorders on the dedicated shelf for delivery pickups, and there's usually at least two to sometimes I seen as many as almost eightdelivery people waiting on their orders, but meanwhile the line for in store, would be packed, 20 to 30 customers going throughwhile I'm waiting, (waiting always 10 to 20 minutes) so why are we treated differently, we should get our food just as fast asif we went in line. If they don't want to be bothered with doordash then they need to take them out of the company's delivery,and if they do then step up the game. Read more
This is the worst location for delivery. Every single time, something is missing. Today's order was missing 2 sides of chips and... a large chips and queso. I have contacted support so many times and only receive a voucher for the missing items that expires in1 month. Frustrating to say the least. I love the food but management really needs to improve on this. Read more
Good Mexican food. The place is very well placed, it is more for a quick lunch, but it has many good options of Mexican fusion... food. The attention mechanism is more like fast food where one orders at the counter and brings the food to the table. Theattention is efficient and fast, there is not much guidance on what to order, that is more on the side of the diner. Ordered through Door Dash. The can is for size reference, there was a handful of chips and a teeny tiny guacamole for $5?!? You... could at least fill the bag with chips for $5. I ordered a vegetarian bowl and get a tiny scoop of guacamole. Seriously? TheDoor Dash person was horrible, that isn?t Chipotle?s fault. Read more
The service was very bad, they had about 15 bags of chips laid out but told me they were sold out of chips. I pointed to the... ones lines out and asked what those were then. They claimed they were only for moblie pick up orders, so they forced me to ordera bag of through my phone and wait an extra 15 minutes when there was no one in line.
