It use to be great. Then it got under new management and I have no idea what happened. I ordered a everybody?s birthday cake... remix with extra toppings and barely got anything basically all ice cream. I?m so disappointed and I feel like I wasted mymoney. Read more
I have been to this location twice in 3 weeks, but have been a customer for years. The first was ordering a ice cream cake for... a graduation. I placed the order at 9:05 pm on a Thursday night and wanted to pick up the cake at 4:00 pm on Friday. I neededto give 24 hours notice. So I called at 11:05 am when they opened and asked if I would be able to pick up the cake at 4:00, theperson on the phone said yes I have the order and the cake will be ready before 4:00. When I went to pick up the cake it wasn'tthere. They never received the order and had nothing for me. I was able to get a cake out of the front freezer but the peoplethere said they couldn't write on the cake and they gave me the chocolate graduation cap and said I can put it on when I'm readyto eat the cake. It was not a good experience. The second time I went to this location in just the past 3 weeks, I ordered a"cookie doughn't you want some" in the half gallon size. The person making it, got the ice cream mixed in the ingredients thendivided it into two piles. One pile was put off to the side, the other half was put into the container. He then went and addedplain vanilla ice cream on top of the mixed ice cream. (The picture is what it looked like when I got home.) There were 4 peoplein line behind me and I didn't want to make a scene in the store. Busy night, but they were quick to get through the line! Ice cream was delicious!
If I could rate a negative 5 I would absolutely horrible customer service. Super slow. The employees kept trying to walk off... shift when the line was extremely long. Also have a good raise to the cup its 6 dollars for a like it. But I got 3 dollars worthof ice cream it wasn't even half full. Read more
First time going and it was very busy. I had to order online because the young lady was by herself. It was a lot of us waiting I... waited about an hour. It was all worth it the young lady wasn?t working with an attitude you can tell by her body movements. Shewas still friendly!! Good service! We need more workers like her.
