The custard is not being made correctly at this location, it is always gritty every time I come here. It's not ice cream, it's... custard, it's supposed to be super creamy and melty. When it gets like this, it loses its flavor BIG TIME. Read more
It's been a couple of months since I've been back to this location because of horrible service. Decided to give another try.... Nothing has changed except the prices have gone way up. $18 for a so called value basket and an order of cheese curds is alittle absurd. This is my last time ever stepping foot back in this facility. If the service was really good and the burgerstasted like quality the price wouldn't be the issue except seems like management sets no guidelines for the employees to abideby and that's why so many people complain about the service they receive from this location Read more
During my drive through order I stated I had a buy one get one mixer coupon and proceeded to order. After presenting coupon the... drive through attendant acted like it was processed gave the card back and handed our order. It wasn?t until we got home that werealized the coupon was never incorporated in the cost. The mixer wasn?t fully mixed but was still good. Read more
Stopped in after previous positive experiences at Culvers.... But today this Culver's was just off... arrived and placed order... with gentleman. Nice and punched in and repeated correct order. Friendly staff( +1 star). Then you get up to go get your foodbecause surely it can't take 15+ mins to cook all our food... Mind you the restaurant was not full of patrons at 145pm on aTuesday. 7/19/2022......yes I went up and retrieved trays of food after standing with my table tent order number to see what theholdup was. 2 hangry toddlers ask me why their kids meals were so long...(-2 stars) Accurate order - NOPE missing a fry (-1star). Went up to a counter full of employees...no line to get my custard that came with kids meals... Yet another 6+ minprocess.... (-1 star). Food was good when we got it... But I expect this type of slow paced service at a sit downrestaurant If you are looking for accurate and semi quick orders on spending $70+ on lunch... This isn't the place. When we walked in we were greeted by a young man named Rico. I mention that first because he is very personable and friendly. He... was cheerful with each customer. The other associates were friendly as well (Rico was exceptional.) The restaurant was clean andorganized which is great as we got there not long after the lunchtime rush. The food was good which is what we have come toexpect from Culver's. Again I would like to commend the crew working today for their friendliness and service. Especially Rico.He is an asset to the restaurant and deserves a raise. Read more
3rd bad experience! Alright the very first time going, great. After that it?s just been downhill. The first bad experience the... lady at the drive thru was mad one night and kind of snapped on me when I was trying to order. Second time I ordered a mint Oreoshake, for some reason, I got a paper small cup, melted shake with no lid, and I asked for a large, and normally I would get itin a large cup WITH A LID to my milkshake not melting down the sides while I?m trying to drive. The lady said that?s the way youguys do it now and I know she was lying because I order this shake every other night even got one tonight, and I got a LARGEwith a lid!? Tonight I ordered a burger and got it uncooked (pink and I have pictures), and to be honest I?m so tired i couldn?teven eat it if I wanted to, and I did because it look good but it was all the way uncooked y?all could?ve really gotten me sickwith this, and I?m a chef. This burger wasn?t rare it was raw. Your burgers should at least come out medium, but your burgersare so thin they should easily cook to well in no time. I ordered a milkshake at the drive through. Waited and waited, and seeing cars come in the waiting line and get their orders,... and more cars come and get their orders, yet not me. You would think that the young man delivering the orders or the girl atthe window would think that it's odd that a car is still waiting in the pick up line for that long, would check on what you werewaiting for. After more than 15 minutes I go in and tell them that I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes for 1milkshake. Some start to look around and look at their order screens and can't find my order. Then one guy sees my shake in thecooler holder spot. Takes it out and goes to "re-spin" the shake to mix it up again. Now why would you do that? Because it'sbeen sitting there melting and you want to "try" and make it look better. So then he hands it to me, I look at it and it'sstill all melted and soupy looking. I put it down and say I don't want a melted shake that you just tried to make better byspinning it again, and I walk out. As I go to my car the delivery guy comes out with my shake trying to give it to me. I saidagain I don't want a melted shake that he ( the other guy) just tried spinning again to mix it up. The right thing to doshould have been a new shake, not to "sell " a melted shake that's been sitting for over 15 minutes. Read more
