Food is always cold or have spots on it, i paid for extra cheese and still didn?t get any showed them the pizza the manager got... mad and remade it still looked the same like she just put it in oven and took it out when i call the store to make orders theytalk to me with no respect and keep hanging up. We placed order from local hospital at 9:50pm, order was confirmed online. After an hour of no progress, we attempted to call... and were hung up on by staff. The order was never canceled, and eventually they stopped answering phone. Pizza showed up 2.5 hrslater. Read more
Tried calling in for over 30 min before it actually went through. Started calling before 11:30 bc it shows closing at 12am.... Finally got an answer at 1145pm where they tell me (worth an attitude) they stop taking orders at 1130. This being the onlyplace near my work that delivers and is open late, I was fairly upset. Just waited over 2 hours expecting an order to be delivered. The driver never called, store manager never reached out I called... after 2 hours to cancel the order after watching the driver go back to the store on the tracker app. When the manager gets onthe phone i hear them ask the driver if he just brought someone's food back then they ask me "what's the problem". I know Ishouldn't expect 5 star service but this was a little much. Read more

Ordered EXTRA Cheese pizza PLUS Provolone Cheese. I get home and EVERY SLICE has a spot or more that?s missing cheeses. I call... and ask if they can remake it, I?m Greeted by the person who made it who ?claimed? to be the General Manager.. She gets offendedsaying she made the pizza right and that if I wanted more cheese I should have paid for it? again I ordered EXTRACHEESE.. Literally had to drive back, show her the pizza just to get it remade. Customer Service is no longer a thing? How theworkers getting mad while I?m remaining calm and respectful is crazy to me. I'm waiting in the parking lot, jamming out to some 90s hip-hop with my brother and Kelly. In a huge Uhaul by the way. The staff... seems cool with it all. We ordered a bunch of pizzas and what not. The place looks pretty nice. We all hard our masks on bc it'sstill required where we live. The lobby was still closed for the protection of the employees and the public. Over all an easyorder. The cashier did her job well, no complaints there. Read more
This store is amazing! I am from North Dakota and down in Florida for hurricane recovery and I went to this store because it was... one of the few places that were open near my hotel and they were closed, but offered me a free pizza that was made extra. Handsdown amazing staff supporting their community during a natural disaster!!!! The employees here need a pay raise! Thank you !!!! Read more
