Terrible service, was told our pizza would be delivered in 40 minutes. After an hour and a half we called and they said they... were right up the street and would be there soon, you could hear the manager saying to the person on the phone to tell him that,like they hadn't started the pizza. At two and a half hours after the order we called and canceled because we still had notreceived our pizza. The attitude and customer service is the worst that is possible. No apology, no offers, just okay when wecanceled. That strike three for me with Domino's Pizza, even though they have good pizza the service is terrible. Done withthem. Read more
Ordered pizza for the evening. Driver had arrived before I had gotten home. Order was paid for. I called back and driver gave me... a rude excuse. According to current hours they had another 45 minutes to deliver and said we are done delivering for the night,come collect your order. I ordered two pizzas and some bbq wings tonight ... The pizzas were done very poorly for starters and the wings absolutely... disgusting . I picked up my order... pre tipped as well... the workers were talking and laughing with each other as I came in...The worker at the register mentioned how it had been really slow especially for a football Sunday... I watched pizza cutterforget to put butter sauce on my pizzas.. the sauce is a deciding factor in why I order dominos.. apparently socializing is moreimportant than doing your job. Being busy wasnt an excuse tonight...My pizzas had no cheese in the middle as well... the wingsweren't covered in sauce and they were undercooked.. gotta find a new pizza spot. So good! This is my go-to place for pizza. I definitely love the thin crust. Always on time and always hot and fresh.
Very nice staff & the food was awesome! They made our pizza while I waited in store with my husband & 2 small kids who were... starving after a day at the beach. They made the pizza pretty quickly even though they seemed quite busy (we only waited about10mins) It was fresh & hot so we really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly & helpful and I was surprised to see how very cleanand well maintained the bathroom was (and I'm super picky about that!) Overall, very impressed with this location! Read more
Picked up pizza from this location this morning. Johnny, Savanna, and Paul are the best team around! They did a great job... working together and all three were extremely kind and courteous. There hard work definitely showed with the quality of ourdelicious pizza! Great job! Read more
This was my 1st and last order at this location. It was a waste of my time and money placing an order. They gave me what they... wanted to give me. Their online ordering system needs to be tweaked. The original time for pickup was from 30 to 58 mins. (wow)Once the online clock started it was about 15-20 minutes and the status bar filled the screen with a report that the "order wascomplete". Their original estimated time was more close to reality, the status bar was being operated from a different universe.I sat in my vehicle watching delivery drivers come and go. There were two customers who actually went into the store. Eachwearing masks, but they went in. Twice. And neither came out with any packages either time. Based on what I received, notreceiving any food items from this location would have been a blessing. In this scenario, the only thing that was correct wasthe "Placed Order" time clock.
