order 80 dollars worth of stuff 4 thing got delivered and this is what bagels looked like, but you can probably guess who was... running the place, its a joke no one can at minimum do there job. fight to get refund absolute trash this will be last time i toto any dunkin donuts. hope the employees see this and know they are trash. I rarely leave reviews. But DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend went to get himself a latte and me an iced green tea. He said he had to... repeat himself FOUR times and they STILL messed his coffee up. My green tea was SOUR like it had sat out for too long. It wasearly in the morning so either they don't clean their tea lines or they don't make fresh tea in the mornings... so gross eitherway ???????? Read more
This location is ran so poorly. I?ve been to it a few times throughout the week just because it?s close to home, they give you... your food cold when you ask things to be extra hot.When I called to let the manager know Sarah says to me ? well if there isn?tanything I can do for you I don?t have time to be on the phone with you ? I?m just confused because if your food is cold and youaren?t talking to unsatisfied customers what are you doing ? Never any complaints for D&D. The people that work at this location and the one on Cortez are awesome. 98% of the time my coffee... is on point and anytime the 2% mess up they generally fix my order free of charge. Great customer service to both locations. Read more

Let me start by saying I never write reviews unless I am thoroughly disgusted. This is probably my second or third review... ever!! Terrible service. While in the drive-through, the lady on the speaker phone wasn't even responsive. She said, "Welcometo dunkin." I placed my order, and there was no response, so I said "hello," and she responds with "anything else," forgets toturn off the microphone and says, "I hate when they freaking..." So unprofessional!! I had to say "that's it" twice before shesaid to pull around. She hands me my frozen coffee about 4/5th of the way full!! $6 for a cup of coffee that they can't evenbother to fill up!!!! This was the second time this had happened. The same older lady did the same thing to my fiance 2 daysago, too. He asked her, nicely, to fill it up, please, and she tells him that she can't because they don't fill it up to the topwhich is not true because every other dunkin fills it up. I don?t ever leave reviews. But just go to Starbucks across the street. I was the only one in there at 4pm. Place was a ghost... town and they couldn?t even get my order right.
