I never leave bad reviews but if I could give this location in Bradenton negative 0 stars I would. The manager and the staff is... the rudest group of people I?ve ever encountered in Hospitality. What is worse is I?ve made Corporate aware and they brush thefeedback off which is why this staff thinks it?s acceptable to treat people horribly because they don?t like their jobs. Thereis Zero excuse to treat customers the way they do. If you don?t like your jobs there are jobs and everywhere! Go apply! Thiswhole team needs to have perfomance reviews done Including management and performance improvement plans In place or a whole newstaff hired and trained properly! Woman who took my order was not only rude, but I had to correct her callback order twice. They said they have no change at all... in the register. When I did receive my drink, it was wrong anyway. Nobody working there seemed to know what was going on orcare. For a $5 "coffee" drink, I thought a little better service could be there. Guess I am asking too much. Read more
Dunk Donut food seems to be on the decline. No ham, bagels that are too soft, coffee is always a letdown. I'm always... disappointed when I opt for DD in the morning. Read more
Absolutely garbage, either they have no donuts or they mess up your drinks. Staff here doesn't care. There is better service at... wawa next door or even starbucks. Read more
I recently visited the Dunkin at 11015 E state rd 64, and I must say it was horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich without bacon... and two hash browns. Everything was burnt. I asked for my hash browns to be replaced and they too were burnt. My sandwich wasalso burnt. I didn?t even ask for my money or anything else for that matter because it seemed pointless. I love and enjoy foodand Ive eaten at dunkin numerous times ordering the same thing. This was by far the worst experience that I?ve had eating atdunkin. Read more
Edit: just dropped to 4/5 vs 5/5 as my plain hot coffee is once again laced with unwanted 3 creams and 3 sugars .. Love Dunkin?... and this location RARELY disappoints! Friendly staff and great food /drinks. Keep up the good work! Read more
This location consistently gives me a full cup of oatmilk with no coffee in it. Then questions if I know what a latte is when I... ask for it to be fixed. They also skipped the pesto and tomato on my order of pesto and tomato grilled cheese. The young kids atthe window make rude comments and take zero pride in their job. Would not recommend this location. I will drive the extra fewmiles to the other location to get better service. Read more
Don't go to this location. The service there is terrible. You wait in line for Over 15 min to order and another 15 for them... to make it and give it to us in the DRIVE THRU. When we asked when will get our sandwiches. The girl says. What kind did youget?? ???? Read more
