Great place , great food ,and most importantly a great value for your money. I like their constant menu changes.the sandwiches... are awesome and the coffee and other beverages are also awesome. Are usually get a coffee every morning before work unfortunately my regular location was not open for whatever reason so I had... to go here by far the worst service I have gotten out of Dunkin! First off they were not even super busy I ordered ahead with amobile order for just two frozen coffees They tell me to go to the first window where mobile order people usually get theirorder and drive away and I was redirected to the second window as people who were putting in orders were receiving their coffeesand I was waiting for at least 10 minutes for two frozen coffees? it didn?t help that whoever was working the window as rude asever! I also arrived at 6:10 A. M., online hours show "open at 5:00 A. M.. Two " employee of the month " geniuses just looked at me... through the door. I can fully understand the same comments and will not bother these stellar employees or this location again.Oh look, Wawa is open. Read more
This is our fourth trip to this site and we were sadly disappointed again I don?t know why we keep trying . They were completely... out of all donuts ???? also they only had one type of munchkin?. And the drinks were mehhhhhhhhh. The boy at the window was lessthan friendly. Read more
Google should offer 0 star reviews. My family and I were excited to try the new Dunkin, but we were VERY disappointed with the... service, coffee/food, and wait time. Coffee was made wrong, asked nicely for it to be remade, but little Spanish girl decided toargue that it was correct when we are the customers, and my nieces coffee was indeed not correct. She then went to ?remake? it,but took 15-20 min for the ?new? coffee, which in fact it was basically the same. After being frustrated I asked the girlmultiple times what her name was, and she REFUSED to tell me her first name. She asked why I wanted her name, and said she isnot gonna tell me. Beyond rude, and disappointed. Also the hash browns were burnt. Pretty sad this new beautiful Dunkin is ranby employees that have attitudes or don?t know what they are doing. Read more
This place is operated horribly. They are never open at 5am or even 5:10am. The morning crew is there and never take orders for... the early crowd. I work warly have gone by every day this past week and no one ever takes order or even comes to window. When idrive around the building you can see them in the store but not monitoring drive thru. Went inside. Sparce staff. Not very many donuts. No choices really, even of your basic glazed. Staff had an "I don't care"... attitude. Looked and acted as if was all their 1st day?!
