Disgusting, rude, and slow service, shift 11/20/22. Also, I did not get the point of placing and pressing printed receipts on... sandwich buns. Who is that food genius? Do you understand that this food will be digested in human guts? It is not food paperwith octopus ink. Do you know that it contains many bleaching chemicals and other chemicals in ink that leave poison chemicaltraces on sandwich buns? I ordered 2 giant sandwiches, received 1 giant and 1 regular, I paid $45.20, when I called the store on Cortez Rd Bradenton... Florida they told me because I ordered through the app there was nothing they could do, I was told to go on the app forhelp!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Really, really good sandwiches. Like, REALLY good. Staff seems very nice. I took off 1 star because they seem understaffed... constantly, meaning that after you order *and pay* it could be 30 min until you get your food, and you can't leave becauseyou've already paid. No employee fault here, when I was there yesterday both employees were hustling but they didn't have achance to wipe tables between customers because they were slammed, so I had to clean one so I could sit. Overall, 30 min for asandwich is sort of a commitment I was not prepared to make, but the food was delish so I'll give them another shot, I'm sure. Read more
Ok, this place is definitely making an effort to get better. I came in the peak of the lunch rush, and it looked like every... single employee understood the urgency of the lunch hour without compromising service and attitude. I was pleasantly surprisedby this. Looks like there's an actual manager on duty during peak hours now, which is a huge step up from where this place wasat recently. Below is my old review - I have to give them credit for stepping up and responding. Only complaint - take a look atmy soggy sandwich pic. Subs, made to order. They take a really long time. I walked out before getting my sandwich because I wasin there for 30 minutes. I'll never go back again. Subway it is for me. Jersey Mike's definitely doesn't want your business.They just want to waste your time. Last time I left a poor review, they offered me a gift card. Manager on duty was an older black woman. She had a very nasty attitude & very unprofessional. She was walking around cleaning... straightening up I don?t know asking to take my order, I didn?t know what to say or where to stand bc she was doing otherthings. So when I was still standing waiting on her to give her attention then she gave me attitude it was so nasty until Iwalked out of the restaurant and on my way out, she was talking trash towards me. I was really excited about eating therebecause I hadn?t been there in months since my surgery and she ruined that for me. I tried to call and make a complaint but noone answered.
