Placed order through the app. 50 minutes after the text says order on its way still nothing so I called where the manager was... rude telling me the driver delivered my food to some man outside? when I explained that i don?t know who he gave my food to butwasn?t my friend or anyone for my home, that the driver should of came to my actual door, she told me she was going to refund meand hung up on me all rude? no refund has been made! That driver should of been forced to pay for the original meal and what Iordered should of been made remade and delivered the way it was instructed to do so. Wasn?t my fault the driver just gave thefood to a stranger. When I tried to call the store back they won?t answer! So now I paid $20 for food I never got ! Worstservice ever. Read more
Fast fresh delicious sandwiches for sure but..... 1) absolute chaos during lunch rush so plan accordingly or just get it... delivered. 2) older woman employee out back smoking cigarettes only to see her making sandwiches on the line moments later.Gross. Read more
So so. $7.69 sandwich ok not great, not a great portion. I ordered and waited on a high top table. Worker put my sandwich on the... counter and didn't say anything. After an ackward amount of time I got up and looked around. Oh there it is. He said I lookedbusy he didn't want to interrupt me.( I was playing on my phone.) Freaky fast became freaking long. Normally there food is great but today I ordered sandwiches and they weren?t good. My husband tuna was on wheat the bread was so... wet he couldn?t eat it. Then I ordered the number 12. Turkey with avocado and provolone cheese well the lettuce it brown andslimy and no avocado the whole reason I ordered the sandwich. Total let down. They are usually awesome. Read more

Every time they either forget the Dijon, or add mayo after I said no mayo, added lettuce in my lettuce wrap after asking no... lettuce inside the unwhich. They lost a customer. Read more
