Horrible experience again. Ordered "quick pickup" thru the app and I arrive when the food was ready.... lobby closed before 6... pm. Door says different. Told to go through drive thru. 40 minutes later I get my order and it was cold and 1 entire entreewas missing. Sent in for refund through corporate. This place is great ! The chicken tenders are literally chunky pieces of chicken not just breadcrumbs ! Everything was served ... fresh.. and their dining area was open ! Not like all the others closing their doors at 4 PM Read more

Don?t eat here. The food is old and tastes horrible. I honestly don?t understand how the quality of the food they give out is so... bad. I was a GM of a restaurant for 5 years and I would be ashamed to serve food this bad. Last time it gave my family foodpoisoning that was about 1.5 years ago. I was literally been told to wait 10 minutes for them to have enough times to prepare my chicken bucket. I had no problem with... that thought my wings gonna be crispy and crunchy since they are going to be freshly made. I got really mad after I opened, thisain't what I expected to have, chickens were soggy af completely left over from last night, as well as the spicy chickensandwich I ordered. Very disappointed. Why would anyone think it?s ok to put the biscuits in the bottom of the chicken bucket, and then toss the papers they used to... grab the chicken on top of the chicken before closing the bucket? Maybe that person likes their biscuits squashed and soaked inchicken grease?but I sure don?t! Tried to call the store twice and it just rang. Awful customer service! Read more
