Always good. Seldomly I get an old pizza from the hot & ready case. Very gross when that happens.
Worst experience. Hot and ready is a joke. Waited close to an hour in the parking lot for 2 pizzas on the first poor experience.... About a year later, decided to give it another chance because it is close to my house. We wanted Italian cheesy bread, and theysaid they had none and refused to make any more. The store was open for another 4 hours. How the heck does a pizza shop makemoney when they refuse to make pizza for their customers. Read more

Ordered the fancieroni yesterday and when I opened it it had like 20 pepperoni on it. Showed it to the manager and asked him I... thought it was suppose to be over 100 pepperoni on it and he told me that they don't count everyone they put on the pizza.Turned around and walked away. I'd give a 0 star if possible. Besides the fact that their pizza is never "HOT N READY" like their motto, they messed up my... order and said it wasn't their problem it was doordash as if doordash composed my order?? And when I asked for a refund, theytold me I had to contact doordash when I ordered through their app, NOT doordash. Not to mention the rude manager, Will, whohung up the phone on me after I asked for his name because of the poor service. I had to call back on a different number becausethey kept ending my calls when I tried to get their names (Rose and Will), Overall HIGHLY not recommended. Food not sealed, bagnot taped, nothing was secured to take precautions of COVID-19 or to ensure my order was together and untampered with. He eventried insisting the driver took my order but we wouldn't know because nothing was sealed, for all I know they opened and fingerjacked everything. $60 messed up later, they will no longer receive a dime from me again. I ordered a stuff pepperoni pizza, and asked it to be cook good(I like the bottom of my pizza like toast) not burnt. 23.00 and I... got home and the dough was still white not even cooked. Last time I go their on 14th. Next time I will go to a brick ovenrestaurant, much better. Read more
I ordered a pie along with breadsticks & sauce, from Little Caesars on 14th St West in Bradenton Florida. I wanted delivery and... it turns out they use door dash for this. We don't recommend them. The order was late & incomplete. The driver spoke verylittle English. He tried to claim he gave me the breadsticks & sauce...even argued about it, while it clearly wasn't there. The pizza was also cold! I called Little Caesars and they said they were out of the breadsticks. Now why wouldn't they havelet me know this ahead of time?! They'd give me a cheese pizza in its place if I came to pick it up! I've just had cancersurgery which is why delivery was needed! It took 3 messages to the 800# the manager gave me to call to get a measlycredit..The whole order should've been credited after all of this headache! You see...it was "door dash" so the store locationcouldn't do anything about it! Is this their way of not being held responsible for order screw ups?! I don't recommend thisstore!!!
