The customer service was awful! The young man taking my order didn?t seem interested at all in answering my questions about the... menu or taking my order. Place is great for pizza, can't say the same for the veggie calzone GROSS to say the least. Overly filled with watery... ricotta,and thick cheese little cold hard veggies and no flavor. I needed lots of garlic powder and sauce to eat the 3 bites Idid eat. Was gonna take it home but changed my mind on the way out the door and threw it out. Read more
Just grabbed 2 Chicken Philly Cheesesteaks and a fry from Marinas for my dad and I. DELICIOUS!. SANDWICHES ARE FANTASTIC . My... takeout order was ready and waiting when I arrived. Given the place several chances but unfortunately it is always a let down. The most consistent form of let down in burning the... life out of the pie or slices on several occasions. Staff isn?t the least friendly but if you aren?t a regular or friends withthem, good luck being helped in a timely manner. What is a decent spot unfortunately just consistently under performs. Marina?s is our go to Pizza joint here in Lakewood Ranch. We like our pizza?s crispy and they always oblige. Also want to... mention their customer service - we had one pizza in maybe 25 that didn?t taste quite right - which was really odd - but theygraciously re-made it. They didn?t have to, so that was appreciated. And as a kid who grew up on Philly style pizza andTrenton Tomato Pie - Marina?s is the Real Deal! And to the people white wrote poor reviews - I have one question for you. Didyou tell them you weren?t happy with your mushrooms, not cooked enough or whatever? Don?t get me wrong pizza is really good. But what the hell did I get tonight??? I love mushroom pizza and this was the first... mushroom pizza I ordered from this place ever? it instantly destroyed my appetite. Literally disgusted with how the mushroomslooked. The worse part is?is that I couldn?t even take off the mushrooms! There were at least a pound of mushrooms covering thepizza. Awesome pizzaria! The food is excellent! Anytime we have ordered delivery we usually have issues. Missing part of the order,... delivered to wrong address. Not worth the risk of the delivery companies, but that isn't the fault of the restaurant. Definitely recommend for dine in or carry out. Read more
