Hey, remember when McDonald's meant "FAST FOOD" ? Well neither do these freakin' people!!! S - L - O -W - E - S - T service... ever. This is truly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. There are six touch screen machines to order your food from and... literally every machine does not respond to the touch of your finger. It took me 7 minutes to make my order which was a verysimple order and could have made my order at the register had there been someone at the register. But apparently they're sooverwhelmed over here that there's never anyone at the register. They don't have large orange juice in clear cups. The sweet teawas water inside the large container that holds the sweet tea. This place is a complete disaster. I will never return back tothis McDonald's again. Read more

This is my third time eating at this location; twice this week and once last August. Each time was AWFUL. Today's visit: They... couldn't handle a two lane drive through. They would only take orders on the left lane for awhile, then take one order on theright, then back to the left for multiple orders. When we finally got to the pickup window, our food took awhile to come out.There was a young man about to hand us our food but he pulled it back to check it. The MANAGER snapped her fingers at him andvery rudely told him to "just send it out". He calmly told her he wanted to just double check it.....he wound up having to giveit to us without checking it so he handed it to my husband and told him to check it. Of course, the order was wrong. Missingfood, utensils missing, etc. Tuesdays visit: Two lanes open, no one answering in the drive through. Order wrong again. Foodcold. Just gross. Last year: Drive through took forever. Food missing from order. My toddler was given EXPIRED milk. When Iwent back inside to swap it (the inside wasn't open, covid). After knocking on the door for awhile someone answered. The womanwent to swap the milk and had to sort through about 15 things of milk that were all expired. DISGUSTING. Go to the otherMcDonald's down the road - not this one. Read more

Let me start with I drive a cross town to come to this specific location last night they messed up my order I came back tonight... ND she replaced the messed up food even when they are short-handed each doing multiple jobs and still had the best customerservice I've had in a long time!! Definitely need more help on at night but they are amazing even short handed. I've been intheir position many times and it not fun ND hard to keep a positive attitude Read more
We are in the area on vacation and came to the drive-thru one late morning. I don't frequent McDonald's so I'm not familiar with... what is and is not on the all day breakfast menu. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns but hash browns are not part ofthe all day breakfast menu. The woman taking the drive-thru orders was extremely friendly apologize that they did not have anyhash browns and suggested fries instead. I happily accepted the suggestion. The food received was hot and fresh. The drinks weordered were very good also. We would return to this McDonald's. Read more
I just use the drive thru mostly but if you have a party of 5 or 6 it's a good McyDs location because they have 2 or 3 large... interesting shaped tables so everyone can be part of the get together and not feel like a 5th wheel . Read more
