I haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time and now I remember why. I only came because my son got a gift card otherwise I... would be even more upset paying for garbage food. 32 min wait and the food came out cold! Soggy cold fries, burnt, hardened andcold chicken nuggets and a cold burger. My son got a happy meal, no toy, no ketchup that we asked for originally. Sweet and soursauce tasted off. I had to stand in line forever with everyone else waiting just to get ketchup and then his toy. Managerlooked like she hated life and didn't want to be there. There was one young lady that was taking orders and delivering food thatwas working hard, Everyone else looked like they were forced to work there. Tables were dirty, floor was gross! Received food that was cool and thought maybe another bite would change but had my husband bring it back. He came back and it... was new sandwiches and it was cold. Called the manager and told her you are going to make people sick. No more McDonald's forme. I will go to Culver's at least you get a hot meal. Hamburgers are much better and service too. Read more
Update: They need help! We arrived, only took 3 minutes to park, walk in and order but then waited 15 minutes for our food. ... Short staffed - as most other places and really need someone to have time to clean tables as they're messy from prior people andwe had to go in the restroom to get water on napkins to clean ourselves. Staff are nice though and fries are awesome as always. If you need a job please apply! They need more staff. This McDonalds is nice, clean and has great staff. Read more
Had a lunch date with my grandson here store was fast correct with our order and the young man who took our order was polite... friendly and had a great smile! Read more
