At 6:30 p.m. on 11/8/22, I purchased a filet-of-fish meal with a chocolate milk shake. The fish sandwich was cold, cold, as... well as the fries, whereas, the milk shake was runny and awful! I am surprised this McDonald's is still open. Awful, awful! Read more
WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! I didn't think this place could get any worse after the average wait time in the drive through is 15... min but they did it. They took my favorite item, Sausage Mcgriddle, and destroyed it. I've ordered this in over 50 McDonaldsand although it's been different each time it still taste good. Until now. I don't bother with the drive-thru anymore. Too long of a wait and sometimes it's like only one speaker in the double drive-thru... is working (and it's not mine ????). So I got the McDonald's app and place orders for curbside pickup instead. Much faster,usually about 5-8 mins regardless of how big/small the order is. My orders tend to be more accurate this way as well because I'mthe one placing the order. Sometimes things get forgotten in drive-thrus or you end up with something completely different thanwhat you asked for, so skip it entirely and use the app. They made my iced coffee the way I wanted it and my food was freshduring my last visit for breakfast. Drove through for a simple Ice Cream cone and was using my reward points in the app for a free one. Elise, a ?manager? took my... order over the speaker box. I first asked if their ice cream machine was up and running, a valid question at a place such asthis. She sounded rude and said yes. I then explained that the app said that the cone was ?unavailable? at this location per theapp. She said no worries, they have them, and that I could pull to the window. Basically, due to the app saying it wasunavailable, I couldn?t redeem my PAID FOR points. She then proceeded to say ?i don?t know, it?ll be $?? I asked if there wasanything she could do or if she could even simply take a look at the app. She didn?t want to help in the least, acted rude thewhole time, and refused to get any other form of help when I asked for a manager because she was, in fact, ?the manager?.Unacceptable. Elise is one of the poorest examples of management I have seen. Be weary of this location as unfortunately many donot speak english either which does affect the food accuracy, one time having to go there 3 times just to get a McChicken withno mayo (as mayo was added each time.. once with cheese.) This McDonald's is clean the staff are great very professional I've always had excellent service through the drive through. The... staff has even thanked me for turning off my truck, since its loud it goes from a 4 inch to an 8 inch axel dump, which makes my7.3 diesel sound amazing. The only negative and time consuming incident was out of thier control was when this young lady ranout of gas in the drive through. We had to get our of our vehicles and push hers forward so at least we could keep the ordersgoing through. She had to run across the street for gas when she bounded back at least the men were entertained on her run backwith her skinny bikini top. They thought for sure after the battle of bouncing in every direction the tatas were looking forfreedom. With no avail they stayed in the over the should bolder holder. Read more
