Slowest drive thru ever. We sat there for 34 minutes with 3 cars in front of us because they took so long to actually talk... through the speakers and only took 1 car at at time every 10 minutes. And the dining room was closed and all the mobile pickupspots were taken so I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get a mobile order that should've only taken 5 minutes. My nuggets werecold and my milkshake was melted by the time I got my food. And the staff is so rude for no reason, I just told them my mobileorder number and the guy got all mad because he wanted the rewards code first and when I finally just gave it to him he askedwhat I wanted and I said I had a mobile order and he said "well then why'd you give me the rewards code, just give me the mobileorder number" as if I didn't spend 3 minutes telling him I had a mobile order and didn't need a rewards code. Each time I visit this McDonald's location, I am disappointed. I have yet to receive an order that is both accurate and timely.... If they get it right it seems to take them 10-15 minutes or if you actually get "fast food", it's always incorrect. These guysreally need to get their act together. Most of my visits have been late night, so there's no excuse for excruciating wait times. Read more

This place is awful. After four attempts to order food or just a simple drink and it takes over 30 minutes to get your stuff.... The staff is slow and ignores you. The soda machine is always down. I?ll never go back. It?s down the street from my office, butit?s actually quicker to travel 5 miles to another location instead. The owner operator should either work there or be forced tosell that restaurant. Read more

Restaurant was Great, but service is slow. And Cashier's need Attitude adjustments, food preparation is poor, everything slapped... together. Very messy presentation, missing condiments. So sad use to enjoy McDonald's.. Read more

Just recently I went in with my children to sit down with them to have a nice lunch because this is my youngest favorite place.... There was was plenty of places to sit but every single table was disgusting. They had enough staff to at least have one personcome clean out the tables and sanitize it down. Then the children wanted ice cream, again this is one of their favorite placesto go and 95% of the time they always say the ice cream machine is broken. With this being one of the busiest restaurants inManatee County there should be no reason why something doesn't work in this restaurant. Christian the Mgr attempted to make the problem... My order was placed at 801 p.m. through one of the kiosks inside. I did not... receive my order until 8:40 p.m. my order did not register on the screen up front therefore there was a glitch in the computer.The cashier simply asked me what my order number was and never came back with any information. I then had to ask for the managerwho had to take care of my order personally. I was not upgraded anything discounted anything for my loss of time. This is notfast food... This is... I just came through the drive through 5/12/22 at 1:30pm and I got a quarter pounder, once I got home * mind you I am pregnant I... bite into a burger that is COMPLETELY RAW !!!!!! I do not suggest ordering through a food delivery app with this restaurant; the order will be inaccurate every time. The last... seven times we have ordered over the past month, every single one had an issue. Today: the only item from the happy meal is themilk, we were missing an apple fritter, a large fry, a quarter pounder, and all the sauces. The receipt is shown just to showthey cannot get their things together. If a manager is reading this, and hopefully they do, fire everyone. When people pay twicethe price to get a delivery you should take twice the time to ensure it is right as a customer cannot check their bag and say Imissing something like every person does after they leave your drive-through or your counter when they go inside.
