Went here for dinner expecting a long wait for 3 People, told the wait would be 15 to 20 mins only waited about 5. Our waitress... Rebecca was very nice and sweet. She recommended the sausage shrimp and king crab legs since we were going to order separatebut were able to get for one price. The food was excellent and full of flavor. We had great service and the food was fantastic! Let your server explain how the seasonings work. I had the garlic butter and... old bay with 1/2 lb of shrimp. Hubby had the Mr&Mrs Crab seasoning mild, which was very spicy and a little hot, but extremelyflavorful. Use the bib and gloves, you'll need them! Very messy, and very good. Ask for the veteran/military discount. Onesuggestion: bring your own crab tools if you want to really get the meat. They only give you the tool to crack the legs, but nopickers or tools for the small stuff. Read more
Good seafood place. The place is very familiar, quite noisy and busy, with strident lights and tables with many people... around. The food is tasty, with an incredible variety of seafood prepared in different ways, but in general the idea of therestaurant is to serve the seafood that one asks for in a bag and that the diner consumes them by peeling them with a hammer andtongs, which is fun but usually quite messy. The attention is fine, they are not very aware of the people and take time torespond but it makes sense for the type of restaurant it is and the offer they propose. Read more
Waste of Money. I have been to Mr. & Mrs. Crabs multiple times and been satisfied, but tonight I was HIGHLY disappointed. I... ordered the combo with snow crab, shrimp & sausage and everything tasted FISHY. It was so bad to the point of where we had toactually spit it out. I thought maybe it was just a bad piece but the entire meal was disgusting. We notified managementpromptly and they did NOT address our concerns. They took 15% off. 15%?! We shouldn?t have had to pay for anything with thequality of food we received. We paid 80$ for food we couldn?t even eat. I don?t think that?s proper customer service under anyestablishment.
