Ordered a pizza for delivery. Supposed to arrive in 48-58 minutes. 65 minutes later no pizza. I called the store and then got... put on hold for 4 minutes. They finally pickup and I asked them what the holdup is. No answer except the driver is here topickup pizza and deliver. I ask them if it will be hot when it arrives, oh yes because we just put it in the oven. Don'tpromise a delivery time and then not meet that time frame. Likely, the last time I will order from Papa Johns. Person that Ispoke with could use some training on customer service skills. Read more
The Worst pizza place this is the second time I have gotten a nasty attitude from them and I was being polite! Until her... attitude changed! I called because the 1st time I order from them it took 2 hours and the lady told me they could change it tome picking it up! Really upsetting! Read more
My advice is to order delivery directly from the restaurant, never through Door Dash. I have ordered directly from the store... several times and never had an issue. Today, I ordered through DD, and my food was tampered with! But Papa John's made it rightand replaced the item in question. Special thanks to Marley! Read more
Extremely disappointed in the service here. I requested no cheese on half my pizza as I do everywhere else I order from and was... told it wasn?t possible due to lawsuits of cheese accidentally got on the side with no cheese. This is completely ridiculous. Iorder pizza all the time without cheese on half and will continue to go elsewhere. It?s 2021 get it together papa Johns! Withall the options out there of cauliflower crust and gluten free ect this is extremely disappointing to not have the option tocustomize my pizza. Ordered food around 9:45. Called around 10:30 said the food was still being prepared and was going to be on the way. Food never... showed up. Never said anything. Didn't give money back. Didn't let us know they canceled the order. Nothing now. I got to callthe next day cuz they're closed just to get my refund. Do not order from here.
