Customer service is an overwhlemed child answering the phone. Ordered sweet and sour chicken meal. Was upcharged $3 for fried... rice. Received large order that included shrimp and pork. I don't eat either and did not order that. Positive reviews, it'salways super hot. When they used to deliver themselves, it was much better service. Read more

The food was very tasty. I went for the lunch special because the portions are so very large that you can eat it for lunch... dinner and lunch again. The flavor was very good very authentic Chinese. I did not care for the shrimp egg roll because ittasted more like fish than shrimp. I also did not find a single shrimp in the shrimp egg roll. But I got pineapple chicken and Ibought beef lo mein. The beef lo mein was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the pork fried rice was very tasty. The young lady at the window had a lot of trouble taking our order for some reason, which was just two selections from the lunch... menu. She did not seem friendly at all. The food took a very long time to be made, so I definitely recommend calling in andordering at least 20 minutes ahead. They did not give us any fortune cookies, so I ran back in to get them. When I asked for afew extra, I was begrudgingly given one extra cookie. The food was delicious however, so I am giving 4 stars despite the awkwardinteractions with the cashier. Read more
