Everything was amazing here. Went tonight with my cousin and the food was wonderful. Servings were big and very flavorful.... Service was good. They were pretty busy with take out orders and orders in the restaurant. The crispy duck was the best duckI've ever had and I will definitely be getting it again. I went with friends; none of us had been there before. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. For appetizers, we had fresh... shrimp spring rolls and fried spring rolls. We all agreed they were delicious and we're especially fans I'd the peanut dippingsauce. I had the drunken noodles with shrimp (medium spice) and it was excellent. Everyone in my party tried everyone else'sdish. We all liked them. My friends ordered different dishes, all at the mild spice level. None of them loved their dish toomuch and thought them sweet. I tried there's and liked the flavor. The staff brought out dishes to add spice to the dishes so wecould tailor them and I believe that helped the rest of the party enjoy their food more. Next time, I think they'll know to goup a spice level and that will help them. I'd definitely eat there again. Read more

I was looking for a Thai restaurant near me and boy have I found it.!!!!!! I started my first orders through pickup. Sandy is... wonderful very professional and just the right!!! personality to greet guest as they come in. She told me one day on a pickuporder I should come in and have dinner inside. So just today I took a friend and had dinner there it was marvelous!! as alwaysand also met May the owner wonderful lady!!! I will bypass the 5 stars this establishment deserves a 10 on atmosphere, quality,customer service and the food is just amazing!!!. They will get my business anytime!!! Read more
We had such a perfect meal at Siam Thai Bistro last night. I love how the owner reviewed all the chef's specialty entrées with... us, which is why I chose the pork belly basil entrée. This ended up being the best Asian meal I've eaten in theBradenton/Sarasota area. I enjoyed my interaction with the owner equally. She described some steps or inspiration that goes intoeach of their specialty entrées, and you can really sense the pride and joy in serving their guests high quality meals. I alsolearned they make everything from scratch. If you're looking for a change, go try one of her specialty dishes. You won't bedisappointed. Read more
I absolutely LOVE this place. I used to come here at least once a month with a coworker, but haven?t been in 6-8 months due to... switching jobs and working further away? Today I had some time and decided to go and the owner REMEMBERED me. I loved that sheremembered me after so long and we were able to strike up convo like I saw her last week. They revamped the menu so there?s evenmore to love than before. Today I got the Massaman Curry and a Thai Tea and wow?. To die for! If you?re looking for the bestThai food in Bradenton, look no further. This is the spot. It?s delicious. The veggie egg rolls are also awesome! My family ordered the pineapple fried rice, veggie egg rolls and chicken and rice soup and it was one on the best meals we have... ever had tonight. Fresh, authentic, home cooked, unique and delicious. The quality of this restaurant is outstanding! I have hadthe lettuce wraps, pad Thai, curries and all are delicious.
