Barista I dealt with a couple days ago made me a Latte when I ordered a Macchiato. I said to him "I ordered a Macchiato not a... Latte." and he gave me attitude basically saying what's the difference? The difference is I don't want the espresso mixed intoeverything I want it layered. I drink Macchiato's for a reason. I've never seen this employee at this location before andhopefully I never see them again. Not to mention while I was waiting I saw him mess up multiple orders with half of it being thesame laziness that he tried me with. It's not often, especially nowadays, that customer service is notably good. My boyfriend and I stopped into this Starbucks on a... Sunday morning, and both of us we're impressed with the good vibes and great service. The staff was super friendly, helpful, andpolite. And they clearly work really well together. Today 9/2/22 4:30pm I had the best customer service thru drive thru I believe she was the manager on duty. My favorite Starbucks shop in Bradenton. If you want the best service, you want friendly, welcoming. You want quick and... dedicated staff who do their jobs well. This is the place. Very tidy and clean, they always are so friendly and bubbly andsweet. If your order isn't to your liking they are sweet enough to remake it . This Starbucks has the best employees andlocation right off 14th St. Perfect stop for coffee and then to get gas at Wawa and head to Sarasota or head up to Tampa. Read more
