They give people a hard time for no reason and when you say something, they are the overworked victim of Starbucks. They told me... they had no half and half, only either heavy cream or milk. I hesitated posting this review, but honestly this location needs a desperate overhaul in training and customer service. ... Starbucks expects and we pay high prices for their coffees. At a minimum, they should be consistent, yet the same drink isdifferent everytime. Not wasting my money at this location again? Even if it is the most convenient location. One time Iordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with Extra crunchies and got NO CRUNCHIES AT ALL. Most recently I ordered the samething and not only did they not put in any coffee base, like every other Starbucks does, but again light on the crunchies ANDthey put it with the mobile orders so I had no clue it was mine and it watered down and tasted awful. While I was there, I toldthe girl warming up the goods that there were clips on the floor making it slippery and a hazard and told her how I almost felland she did not even acknowledge what I said as if I did not speak, and went about her business. Every Starbucks I have gone tohas staff hopping working quick and intensely to get out orders. This Starbucks sadly works on slow motion. Pass by once or twice a week. Great service, drive-through times have dropped immensely from 15 min to 5 min and below during... the afternoon. Lunch hours may differ. I'm trying a different drink and snack every trip, so I'll update on the top 3 I'drecommend. Haven't tried their dine in since lockdown, so I'll update on that soon as well! Read more
Always was one of the best places to get Starbucks . However, multiple times now i had the worse drinks ever. I guess mondays is... not a good day to get coffee. I I always get the same stuff and multiple times now i just hated it . Im shy person so i am notof these people to go to store and complain and make people remake my drink but ? spending good amount of $ for venti drink andjust have it taste like ughh.. is very sad. Neither my husband was able to drink his .. neither i was able to drink mine .Caramel macchiato tastes just like very sweet milk and water. Very disappointed. I hope maybe something will change soon , buti will skip this place for now. Read more

My daughter and I visit Starbucks every day and have since 2009. So, yeah, we're fanatical fans of the store. Funny thing is... that we're not even coffee drinkers, but we love the tea! But here's the thing, during the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020,this was the closest Starbucks for us, though we had often frequented another store down the road that we loved, too. Still, Ifound the new store an easier drive for a couple of reasons and in Florida, where we live, the traffic is horrendous 365 days ayear. But that's not why we decided to make this OUR store from now on... This crew kept the Starbucks flowing! They had theoption to take off and still be paid through the lockdown, but they didn't. They were at the store every day, helping wefanatics. I thought that was entirely courageous. Not only are these people heroic by doing this, but they're kind, alwaysfriendly, and they knew our drinks in just a few visits! I love that. Don't even have to order because they read our minds. Sothanks to Caleb, Jess, Mason, and all the wonderful people in this store whose names escape me or I just don't know (but will).They made us switch over to their store, really. We just came to admire their tenacity and the way they make us feel special.Thanks you guys! You are the best! Read more
He usually go to Starbucks to get drinks, they just don't have a list of drinks that I drink. But I have had a chocolate... croissant and I do recommend that. Read more
