My parents were headed north from Cape Coral to my house in KY because Ian knocked out their powered and water. They stopped... in at this Subway early in the journey. After using the restroom, my dad just made a comment that it was nice to have somewater to wash up. With no comment, the manager gave them a discount on their sandwich. Ordered ahead and put hey didn?t even attempt to start making my sandwich until 35 minutes later after they serviced everybody... who showed up after me. Files a complaint already don?t even bother. It was one of the worst sandwiches I've had from there. I was going to go back and tell them about it but I never did. It wasn't... the contents of course that's what I picked but the bread was hard and stale like that made it not enjoyable. Also she over saltand peppered more than to my liking, it's not like when she put it on she could take it off. This is the first sandwich of manyyears and many sandwiches that I did not enjoy, so I think that's still a pretty good record. Read more
I ordered A no bready bowl online.. went to go pick it up, left there happy because my food was ready for me as soon as i walked... in, came home to open a salad with the most pale bacon I?ve ever seen in my life & that chicken was slapped right on my saladstraight from the fridge. Went back and the guy there says ? what do you want me to do? ? for 1. it?s ? how can I make thisbetter for you?? These ppl trynna make me sick and take me out early. The costumer service there is embarrassing, and whoeverowns this franchise should be ashamed! I can Almost guarantee the only reason that store makes any money is because of itslocation. We ordered ahead of time online 6 subs when receiving the food not one single sandwich was marked to know what was veggie what... wasn't. The sandwiches were thrown together very messy. Not one sub had salt,pepper,oil, or vinegar like requested. This was nota good experience.
