Always a line to the back of the store and they only put one employee on the register. I found the poorly aged woman with the... reddish hair to have a level of customer service skills that were as lacking as her was lacking as her aesthetic. I woulddefinitely go to a different store where the app payments never work so then you have to go inside and wait 15 minutes to getgas or a stick of gum and also the people at the gas station across the street or a lot nicer and quicker. Staff not very knowledgeable in using the App when trying to use it after purchases. It's disappointing they do not look you up... by your phone number like Racetrac does. Only have cashiers raise their voices in telling you it doesn't work instead offiguring it out a solution. Shop elsewhere that will not only save you money, but offer better customer service. It's not justthis location I've had this problem, it seems like a Florida policy at all their locations I had this issue with. Read more

Well they did it again. I have to be that guy. I drive twenty minutes one way to this location from where I stay. I preordered... because of Rural area (My choice I know). Complaint is minor but still Pepper Jack Cheese not Provolone. Jalapeños instead ofPickles. To whoever prepared this, if you were trying to be funny it?s rude of you to waste money and fuel. I love this wawa, I come so often because it?s right next to work and the people there are wonderful. HOWEVER there are some new... hires that have been getting my orders wrong every time they are there to make them. I will say they probably need a littlebetter training, and also maybe fix whatever prints out the tickets because I think sometimes they have difficulty reading themunder a time limit to get them ready and keep the flow going, the ink isn?t always solid and consistent throughout when I lookat it, but because I have the time to thoroughly look over my order ticket on my item I can see what I ordered. In this pictureI provided, it is supposed to be a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with Green Tea, with Whipped Cream and Mango Bubbles. The newfemale hire that?s been here for idk how long but for the past month or so when I see her in the drinks section, my drink isalways wrong. There?s absolutely no dragonfruit in this drink. There were no bubbles either until I asked her for them, to whichshe said the Mango Bubbles wasn?t listed on the ticket, but she?d do it anyway. When I walked away I checked my ticket, andMango Bubbles is on the ticket, but it?s a little hard to read. So yeah, maybe up the training and fix whatever prints out thetickets, because I always feel bad when I have to ask for my drink to be fixed, because it takes up not only my time, but theirtime as well because they have to make more stuff after my drink is made, and it could put them behind. And I don?t want to askthem to fix it when there?s a bunch of people around because I don?t want them to look bad for it. I turned the corner while pulling into the Wawa Wawa gas station and couldn't help but cracking up when I saw what I saw. SORRY... About the silliness and smoke. One out of two bad habits ain't to bad. The store did need a little help. With current eventsunfolding we are under a lot of stress and places you visit will be short staffed and overworked. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Vonda and Tasha, the so called managers don?t care about their customers. They answer... the phone hello like they are at home. They don?t care if they make a mistake on an order nor do they offer to correct it. Eversince Wawa transferred the old managers a few months ago, this place has went downhill. I can see why they have such a highturnover employee rate. Who would want to work at a place when managers never care about customers. A few employees will listento complaints, they say they advised management, but they seem to not care. I?ve contacted corporate as well, but I am confidentnothing become of it. Wawa has lost my business for sure and I use to go there a couple days a week. So sad a once decent placeto go is not a disgrace to Lakewood Ranch. Read more

We just moved down here from the Chicago area, so I just found Wawa... and let me tell you... I love it! The coffee bar is... perfection. Lots of choices of coffee flavors and intensity, all the yummy creamers, milks and toppings. When you join theirRewards Club you can earn free coffee. My guys are now addicted to their sizzli sausage biscuits. Lots of great employees whoseem happy to be there with a nice smile and friendly welcome. Thanks Patti for the friendly service and kind words. Clean, sofriendly and even pretty to look at with wildflowers painted on the entry windows. You gotta check this place out! Read more

Very nice place. Big place, like a truck stop, but minus the trucks! Easy parking, plenty of gas pumps. Front door handicap... parking. Much to offer. Everyone I've been to is nice and clean. Has Circle K and Race Trac beat by miles. Fountain sodas of allkinds, any size $1. Read more
