I pull up to this restaurant to order food and their system is down. Perfectly reasonable. I tell them I'm going to wait at the... speaker until they're ready because I would still like to eat there. The man tells me I can't wait there. I asked why. He tellsme he can't have me waiting at the speaker to take the order. Fine, I drive around to where the window is though not directlyagainst the window hoping that this has to do with some sort of timer. I even make it clear that I'm there. The man knows I'mwaiting he's made eye contact with me. 10 minutes go by and another card starts driving through because they've put in an order.I'm annoyed that no one even thought to wave me in, but I pull around anyway to order food. The person at the speaker is nottalking loudly enough to be heard. I'm trying to understand what he's saying. I start putting my order in and mention that Iwould have appreciated it if they would have waved me in when the system came up. What I assume was the manager starts screamingat me through the speaker telling me that I could have driven around at any time. Looking at the reviews, this is a.common thingwith this store. Ordered spicy chicken nuggets. Gave me regular chicken nuggets. Dining room is closed. So I had to wait in the extremely slow... drive thru line to get what I ordered. They were all rude and seemed annoyed to be alive. This order was for someone else or Iwould have just dealt with it. In the meantime the frostys melted and fries got cold. No apology Read more

took absolutely forever to get through the drive thru at 10:45am and only 2 other cars in front of me in addition to when i got... to the second window who I am assuming is the manager was chewing food as he was talking to me. It was gross. I ordered 1sandwich and a cup of water? that is all and my ONE sandwich was 100% wrong. It was a completely different sandwich not evenclose to what I ordered. Had to go inside to get what I actually ordered and they were RUDE like as if I had done somethingwrong?? Only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because my sandwich was yummy once I got the correct one. Read more

New location and you have to order on a kiosk. Just need to work on the drink order if it is ice tea customer will not know... about the straws not in view front the counter where you receive you ice tea. Nice out side patio area with about 4 tables. Read more

Not huge into leaving reviews unless it is amazing or awful. In this case it?s not good, I don?t know who is managing this... store but to close the dining room at 6pm during prime dinner hour isn?t the best move. I also sat at the drive thrue windowfor 10 minutes with no one talking to me and then I drive around and look in the kitchen and see 4-5 ppl just chilling in thekitchen. Management please step it up. Because I truly enjoy Wendy?s but this particular store is making it rather different tocontinue being a customer. Read more

Every time I visit, this Wendy's makes sure that my food is hot and FRESH. Sometimes, I have to wait a little while, but the... kids in the drive thru are always friendly and helpful. The other night I came through and Ky helped me. He was friendly,professional, efficient and so polite. He did a great job of letting me know it was going to take a few minutes because theyhad been very busy and they were cooking the burgers. It was totally worth waiting because the burgers were fresh anddelicious. Thank you Ky and staff. I appreciate you working hard and making great burgers so I don't have to. Read more

Wendy's new service plan is. Awful!!! Half the order screens were not functioning! I'm sure it looked good on paper....it was... 1pm and the floors and tables were filthy. The food came out cold. So sad that they replace people with technology that clearlyisn't perfected. The kid that has to come from behind the counter to try to fix the order screens was clearly NOT happy. Wendy'shas shrunk the size of their sandwiches and saturate them with condiments to the point that you cannot pick them up to eat them.I suspect this was done on purpose because of the order screens not working. I took a couple of very messy bites and threw theentire lunch in the garbage, which BTW was overflowing. Too bad, they have been my go to for along time but obviously havesuccumbed to the WOKE culture, and now it's ALL about the money.?? Read more

This is THE most terribly run drive thru I have ever witnessed. I waited for almost 40 minutes to get our food. I have stopped... here two other times in the last 6 months and it was extremely slow then too. The MANAGER and both employees were on theirphones and laughing and messing around with each other while paying zero attention to orders. They didn?t even have drinks readyafter sitting at the window for a good 5 minutes. The fries were cold and soggy. There is NO sense of urgency at this place. Saygood bye to FAST food. They are far more interested in staying in conversation with each other and laughing than actuallygetting any work done. I still can?t get over the manager clearly NOT managing his employees. Honestly he looked about 12 andhas obviously zero experience running a drive thru. He was definitely trying to just be friends with his employees, not a BOSS.I will never return to this location.
