I had an absolutely wonderful time here. A stunning view of the sunset and food that was tremendous. The shrimp diablo pasta had... a heat to it that left me wanting more. Oddly though the outside scenery had a drawback. I was quite literally dive bombed bya seagull. A wing slapped me on top of the head as it dived to steal a chicken finger from my daughter's plate (who was toobusy playing in the sand to eat her dinner). In retrospect though I probably wouldn't change the experience because now I havea funny story to go along with the great dinner. The staff was also super friendly. Love starting our morning having breakfast on the beach when our schedules allow. Went to Gulf Drive Cafe today & were happy... with our experience. Great view, plenty of seating & we could hear the staff enjoying themselves with the music that wasplaying. ???? The island French toast was very good as was the omelet my husband had. Prices were what we expect on the beach.We'll be back but I'll skip the mimosa next time, not worth $9 in my opinion. FYI...You park across the street for thisrestaurant. Read more
Food was great I got a grilled chicken, way bigger than I expected. They have a bacon sweet sauce with onions it is... DELICIOUS! Drinks from the bar weren’t to crazy, didn’t have much alcohol. Their cups were pretty small. If you’re likeme and you’re trying to drink one drink with your meal, make sure it’s a drink that comes in a big glass. Outside diningwas pretty nice. The birds walking around on the ground don’t distract from the beautiful beach view too much. Woulddefinitely go again. Read more
The food was excellent. I had the Reuben sandwich. It was stacked high and the Thousand Island dressing was served on the side.... I had plenty for my dinner and then next day, too. My dinner companions enjoyed their food as well. They had the grouper Reubenand the grouper plate. The dining is all open-air. They host special occasions. We were there on the Saturday night of Easterweekend and it was very busy. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The server was real quick to get drinks and our order,but a little hard to catch later. Another server brought our food. When we stopped another server with requests, they attendedto the first one themselves and someone else took care of the other. So although they were very busy, they still took care oftheir customers. And the sunset was gorgeous! Read more
Enjoyed a beautiful brunch on the beach here. My husband got the seafood Benedict and said it was great, I had the smoked salmon... on a bagel, it was also delicious. The kids all enjoyed their chocolate chip pancakes with scrambled eggs! The buckets weretasty as well! Highly recommended, 6 thumbs up! Read more

What a great place to share a pitcher of cold beer and watch a beautiful sunset. The food was also pretty good. I ordered the... shrimp Diablo pasta and it had a great kick. My partner ordered the shrimp platter which came with soggy broccoli. Otherwiseit was tasty. Our server Brandon was super friendly and efficient. I would rate this restaurant higher except for the priceswhich are a bit steep. I'm sure the location is a reason for the higher prices but honestly there are a lot of restaurants onAnna Maria Island with a great view. Still it was worth the visit. Read more
