Came in tonight to grab some dinner and we won?t ever be coming back again, and we were regular customers here for a while. We... were served by Agansha (I hope i am spelling that correctly). She was unprofessional and rude from the moment we walked in.Sighing and rolling her eyes when my partner asked for more sour cream. I asked her to not talk to us that way because it wasoff putting and rude. When she placed the burritos in front of us she just looked up and said? ?on it??, and stared us down. Icouldn?t believe her behaviour. I get everyone has an off night and customer service is not an easy job, but there is never anexcuse to treat your customers this way. I will be calling head office tomorrow to address this issue, we got into a fightbecause the burrito broke and I asked her to re-wrap it in a new one. She was being condescending and brash, as if we had donesomething personally to her? So bizarre. Up until now we have had good service and the food is always good, but after tonightwe will be making the drive to Newmarket. Not a good way to keep a customer base! Read more
Sign says its closes at 9pm on Sunday, we walk in just before 8pm the girl is in the back and see us waits a few minutes just to... come out and say no sorry we are closed. I told her that the sign out front and website says 9. Apparently because she justturned off the open sign as we walked in that means it's closed. Save you move and go somewhere else.
