Went to lunch with my grandmother, this was for a birthday lunch because I was busy on my birthday with work. Walking in the... server Lilly was amazing from start to finish. Waitress was very friendly & polite but VERY poor management. We had asked for a pasta to come without something & it came out... with it. When we asked for it to be sent back the manager said “we needed to clarify it”, meanwhile we had asked in thebeginning. Also the host when it came back looked like the shrimp was just removed and not the pasta remade! Also ourappetizer came after our mains! Just very bad management she was also rude! Read more
Giving a 3 star only because the manager was super friendly and tried hard to resolve. We had super poor service, maybe she was... new but she was also just never around at all. Take forever to get her attention so waited long time to get order in. Thechicken bowl was missing the sauce, nachos and kids meal came out last. Not the locations fault but the franchise needs to lookat reducing the pepper in the meals especially since the meatballs are offered as a kids meal, my daughter couldn't eat it atall and was even spicy for me. The au jus for the big dipper is so spicy and this isn't the first location I've noticed that. Ruins the sandwich and very unnecessary. Read more

What to say staff is friendly but there is no organization. My waitress chewed out the kitchen staff for giving our food to... another table so they rushed our food and my pasta came out hot with frozen meatballs. The appetizer came out after the food lolPerfect ???? . Im a calm guy but man 1 hour to make cauliflower warm and put Buffalo sauce common guys. You can do better Iknow it but there needs to be a better system. Needless to say my four year old got his pizza and I watched my whole family eatand I ate nothing. Its crazy if I could give a negative star I would have. But man this place need some hard! Organization...I'm truly disappointed oh and my son spilled his Shirley temple because they didn't have any kids cups. Shame on you guys andshame on this place as a whole.
