I had the Carbonara - sad to say it was one of the worst I've had. It was a generous portion of bacon in it but made the whole... dish salty, the noodles were overcooked, and there was way too much peppercorn. I can handle a fair amount of spice too, so thatshould give some perspective. My wife had the lobster pasta, which was much better than my dish but still just on par with otherplaces with the same dish. The atmosphere was ok along with the service. We were seated towards the back where they packed foodthough - which was a little odd. I hear them doing dishes in the back. Loved it! The atmosphere was great, the staff fantastic and friendly. Don't let the outside fool you the inside has a modern... rustic theme in my opinion. You have to make reservations at least I did. Now for the food, generous portions of salad and mainmeal. Can't think of anything else, great for that special occasion. Read more
September 2022 4.5? A nice restaurant that caters to the community. From the front, you'll never notice how big this place... really is. There's seating around the back and can comfortably seat about 45 people. Large gatherings quite possiblehere. Grilled calamari $17 Not bad. Served with a lemon butter sauce on a bed of spring greens (arugula?). The calamari was abit salty, but otherwise was cooked perfectly. Rice balls $14 Stuffed with cheese and served with marinara sauce, this wasn'tbad. Though would've chosen something else next time. Lamb Spiducci $15 The lamb skewers itself was quite good without the needfor the tzatziki sauce. Kobe Beef Burger $20 For this price, a decent burger. Well cooked and overall, certainly worth it. Brick N Fire boasts a perfectly paired classic menuwith options for almost every dietary preference. The Beef Carpacio, Wild Mushroom Risotto paired with a smooth Merlot was myM.O. The service was on point and it's obvious that Dina and her husband have cultivated a passion for food and beverage andcreated a team culture dedicated to hospitality. Worth the drive to Bradford.
