Friday night (January 28th, 2022) my sister in law and I went to pick up our order. It wasn’t ready when we arrived which was... well after they told us when it would be ready (we went later because it didn’t make sense how our order would be 15 minuteswhen it was so big). My sister in law got back in the car and told me it wasn’t ready and that the staff was drinking. I wentback in with her to get it and recorded this, and yes, they were drinking. When they realized I was recording, one individualcame up to me and told me they were getting ready for a staff meeting and didn’t want us to think they were just sittingaround. 1) pretty sure staff meetings happen during closed hours. 2) regardless if they were actually getting ready for ameeting or not, you should not all be openly drinking. After that individual walked away, another walked up and knocked over ourfood. Didn’t apologize, just looked at her coworker laughed and said oops. Seemed a little drunk to us. We will never be usingthis location again, we are absolutely disgusted with the staff. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food stilltasted really good. Ordered nachos for take out. When I arrived to pay I noticed the total was different from the one they gave me on the phone.... Ends up being $0.60 more because they have a 3% happiness and whatever fee they charge on all their menu items which they claimis to keep prices low. How are your prices low when you're charging everyone 16% tax on your food? And your prices are not lowto begin with. I walked out out of principle. They lost an order of nachos and a customer over $0.60 cents and their competitionacross the street at Boston Pizza gained a customer and a $21.00 sale. It wasn't about the money, it was about how ridiculous itis to charge a made up fee on food orders and trying to justify it. Read more

Good food, good staff, fun decorations, lots of TVs for sports, and great prices. We popped in late on a weekday and they were... Greta about bringing us food and telling us all the specials even an hour before close. My friend and I both got different typesof fries and they were DELICIOUS and looked great as well. The deals for a beer pitcher were also great but we didn't end upgetting any because I had to drive. The music was great too! Read more

Went to chucks last night, took almost 10 minutes to be seated. Once at our booth we ordered our drinks and appetizers my wife... ordered the garlic bread I had wings. We received the appetizers she had 1 of the garlic bread rolls and while she was pullingto apart she realized that the middle was still ice cold. The wings were not to bad. I ordered the Tbone stake medium, I gotwell well done and a good 30% of it was all fat way too much salt on the stake and on the potato. My wife's stake was ordered tobe medium rare came out blue. We never said anything because we figured they would think were just going to be those people whocomplain about everything so we finished what we could. Not knocking the waitress they were good but the cook really needs toknow how to do the job much better. We will never got to this location again. Next time we will go to the keg lesson learned. I was absolutely thrilled with food here. The woman who came to seat us was not very friendly and was annoyed that we didn't... have our cell phones to scan for covid tracing. Our waitress was very friendly and we were super happy with her. Our food wasamazing!! We had the burger and fries and steak with lobster and baked potato. The lobster was probably one of the best I havehad. It was to tender and juicy. The steak was very flavourful. The burger was very juicy and a good size. Fries were veryfresh. Only small issue to mention would be that the fries portion was very small. Everything was fantastic and I highlyrecommend going here before the dinner rush because our food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Chuck’s location to anyone. From beginning to end, our experience was a mess. Service... was very slow and our waitress hardly checked in on us. In fact, our table did not have any utensils and we had to go out of ourway to request them. After our main course arrived, our waitress did not come and check in on us to ask us how our food was. Ihad ordered a medium-rare steak but my streak was burned on the outside and well-done on the inside. I had to get up, go to thekitchen, and hail our waitress down to inform her of the situation. It then took another 40 minutes to receive my new steak,and this—again—was improperly cooked. It was cooked to medium-well instead of medium-rare. I wanted to send that back aswell, but I figured after two attempts, there was little chance they were going to get my steak right. To top things off, onceI got home, I noticed that the complimentary steak sauces we received with our meals were past their expiry date. In sum, myadvice is to avoid this Chuck’s location and go to one of the many other locations that are available. Read more
