Got 2 6 inch subs for 11am lunch with my daughter. Brought them home. Bread was hard, crusty and stale. Called manager and said... sometimes the bread gets hard when we leave it out in the morning. I said I'm not stupid I know what day old bread tastes like.He did offer to replace them but I had to drive back. Also this wasn't the first time this has happened. Hence the bad review.???? The 2 girls working couldn't be bothered to greet me like they are working in the service industry. No, "what can I get you", or... anything. They just walked up to the counter and stared at me waiting for me order. They cut the bread so thin on one of thesandwiches that it feel apart in the grill, then again when my kid unwrapped it. Store was clean, prices not too expensive. My sub tasted not too bad. However, undesirable experience while ordering sub. It was... not explained to me that I needed to put vegetables on sub before grilling. When the sub was finished being grilled, they didnot ask me for toppings. So I requested they put toppings on afterward. They did do it, however it seemed as if it were anuisance, and they spent a full minute trying to explain to me what I apparently should have done. Today I rate 2 stars because if you don't have ripe tomatoes then don't offer them because they ruin a BLT sub. I will try again... another time and hopefully I can change my review. The bread was fresh. Read more
My go to spot! The freshness of the bread and deli meat along with the amazing customer service always brings me back. The owner... is very friendly and always looks out for his customers. Definitely recommend if your taste buds are craving a sub. Read more
I don't go to Mr. Sub very often, but when I do, I typically know what I want before I walk in, because I know what it tastes... like, and it is what I feel for at that time, not an impulse buy. I find the quality of the food quite good, the toppings arealways fresh, they have an excellent variety and the pricing is reasonable. Read more

Mr Sub has been my go-to sub shop since forever. Only place that let's you dress the sub how you want and don't cheap out on the... toppings or charge you for a little extra. Love supporting Canadian owned businesses especially if they make a delicious productevery time. Employees are always friendly and welcoming and attentive. Sometimes when they are busy they still acknowledge theysee me and always give me the "please give us a minute we will be right with you" that goes a long way as a customer.
