The young people who are always in the back working, are always working like crazy. The food they turn out is consistent and up... to par. However, the management really needs to address the front counter. The older lady (I tried to get her name but shedidn't have a name tag and couldn't answer my question) is not at all capable of doing the job she's assigned. She cannotmultitask and has a hard time functioning when the phone rings. Everytime we go for pick up, or try to call in. It's a nightmare. If it wasn't for a really pleasant young man coming from out back sorting each customer one by one, she would have alloweda dozen angry customers in the lobby. Not addressing them, struggling on the phone taking orders. It's honestly wild to see somebe so completely under equipped for their job. If the management actually cares, speak with the folks who run the InnisfilDomino's. Get some tips. It's a night and day difference in efficiency and customer service. Read more
Stay away from this place. I ordered my pizza at 5:30pm and received them at approximately 8:30pm almost my kids bedtime. I... called them 3 times to ask where my pizza's were and all they could say is that they were very busy fundraiser night. Well you'dthink if you were running 2 hours behind you'd call your customers to let them know or even apologize offer a discount orsomething but nothing. By far the worst service and food in all of Bradford. I never order from Dominos but I decided to place a delivery order... tonight. In CAPITAL letters I specified the driver to not ring the doorbell, as it is 11pm and everyone in the house is asleep.Whenever I order at this hour I leave the cash in a baggie on my doorstep, for covid precautions. The driver, Jorge, ignores thevery straightforward instructions I left for him under the "special instructions" section of the website and rings the doorbell.On top of that, when I receive my food I notice that the "tamper proof" seal is broken and has definitely been tampered with.Really quite pathetic that this guy fails to do the only job he has. Never going to think about ordering from this horrendouslocation again, not only for their terrible service but for their very mediocre food as well. Read more
