I have been going to this location regularly for quite some time now, however I will no longer be doing so after today's... experience. Extremely disappointed!! My husband went in to order pizza today (Aug. 11th, 2022) after another customer, who henoticed was being served by a lady not wearing gloves.. doesn't seem like a health concern at all?! The other customer didn'tseem to care but my husband made sure to point it out, telling her to put gloves on to which she replied; "well I don't have anygloves", and continued to try and grab a piece with paper towel but also still using her bare hands. Gross, to say theleast???? We ended up leaving, there was absolutely no way we were eating from there or will ever be again. Read more
The lady told me 20 minutes over the phone for pickup. I got there 25 minutes later. She hadn?t even started making my pizzas... yet. Another gentleman was waiting for his pizzas. He also gave up waiting. I understand she was working by herself, but whybother saying it would be 20 minutes? Just be honest and say you?re busy! With many pizza places in town, I won?t be back. Had a craving for a panzo so I figured I would try out Ginos pizza. The best part of the meal was that my Pepsi was cold. The... sauce inside my panzo was watery and the pepperoni seemed raw. Not sure if the cook had an off night, but I will not be a repeatcustomer. Read more
Not the cleanest looking restaurant on the inside, but I was already there to pick up my food. Ordered two panzeroti, one with... bacon strips that just had pink little balls of meat(?) that I'm not sure were cooked... the other panzeroti was missing theroasted garlic and bbq sauce... would not order from Gino's again... No dine in but still online and phone orders are quite quick and I feel the taste of pizza is good..and pretty good deal 30 $ 2... large pizza and dippings is a good deal? Need to try out other crust and the toppings looks like it is covered the completelarge pizza? Read more
For the past 5 years I have ordered pizza here, a few each month. Lately I have noticed new people running the business and... making pizza, so I assume there has been a change of ownership. The pizza remains to be good quality, however, the pricing isall over the place!! I alway got Xtra Large 3 Item pizza for around $12. A few weeks ago I ordered 2 of my standard 3 item XtraLarge and the lady on the phone quoted me $40! Since then I have paid just over $15. Tonight I ordered and was charged $15 plustax for a ?Large?. I showed the guy a sign on the window which said ?Large 3 item pizza and 1 dipping sauce $14.49. He told me?that was an old sign and prices have gone up 1 or 2 dollars?. When I explained it is still an advertised price, he just staredat me. Finally I asked ?are you not going to give me back some money and a dipping sauce?? He finally gave me some change fromthe till and a dipping sauce. But this is frustrating, and it?s now time for me to move to Domino?s after 5 years of 100%loyalty. I have never purchased from any other place for 5 years, but I will now! also, an owner who only responds to positivereviews, confirms they really don?t care about satisfied customers, since the positive comments are probably from family,friends, and employees!!
