One of the only fast food restaurants that offers vegan burgers and has vegan cheese. That?s the 2 stars. So many times they... given me the wrong orders. Incorrect food, cold, blah. The Aurora location is much better.ordering from Bradford always seems tobe a waste of my money. Read more

Very bad customer service. Visited the restaurant today and the clerk was very rude when I said, I'll be dining in. I understand... I didn't mention it at the beginning but when you show attitude to a customer and question why they didn't tell you in the firstplace, that becomes very very concerning. I also asked who their meat supplier was as I only eat halal meat, and the clerk wasreluctant to find out or ask a manager... lastly food was terrible... burger was undercooked. 5 Star for the service. The ladies there are doing an amazing job. Always cheerful. Super quick service. The food as always is... amazing. "Heavy Hitter" and "Signature" are my top recommendations. This is the second time that I have ordered chicken strips and it's burned. I spoke to the restaurant and the owner said that... this is how chicken strip is cooked. I am a regular customer orders 2 to 3 times per week. This is now how you cook chickenstrips and blame on the batter. I was also told that no one else complaints except myself. Not to forget that most of yourcustomers are students so I don't think they would bother coming back. Read more
