Other than breakfast items, in generally don't love the food. Atmosphere, service and food is pretty consistent with other... McDonald's. It's usually full, loud and a bit hectic. Honestly I do not understand why they hire people who do not want to work there. One time I got a lot of attitude from one girl... with pink hair who clearly did not hear me well on her headset and punch in my order half right. When I got to the main windowto pay instead of apologizing she just screamed? ?thats not what you said? ?. All upset instead of simply adjusting theorder. Today I just left the drive thru and a blonde manager was giving such attitude when she did not fill my order right! Shegave me a coke with no nice( i did not request no ice in my drink) so when I told her I did not order NO ICE she looked at me ina racist way and filled up a cup with ice and gave it to me so I would pour the ice myself in the drink. The ice she gave me wasdirty and shown on the pictures. When I told her the fries she gave me were cold she again looked at me with such hate formaking her go for fresh fries? McDonalds Bradford, my last visit there had me losing trust in your location. My son and I visited for an early dinner and some... after school play time in the playplace. I can understand this is a time of transition, university students are gone back toschool and now you are training high school students some it?s their first job. I had no issue with the wait time to place myorder or the lack of knowledge of the employees. I take issue with the lack of cleanliness that has clearly been neglected for along while. I asked for the manager as I couldn?t believe my eyes at the build up of black mould inside and around the softdrink dispenser! See photo. Eww. I opted for a bottle drink instead. A big thank you to the Manager on duty who listened and hadsomeone do a surface clean right away. The playplace was another place that hasn?t been cleaned in a long time. The build up ofdirt on slide from hands, hair, dust, and garbage inside the playground was not safe for my four year old to play. We also hadan issue with the big kids (12-14yos) hanging out inside the playground, trying to rock the play gym, using the equipment not asintended, and having make out sessions while the little Kids waited for them to leave. Coming out of Covid times and the end ofsummer time, I would expect to see this play place sanitized nightly and a deep clean weekly. We would like to return to yourlocation for our regular after school dinner place with friends. I will keep an eye on it to see when we can return. Thanks Read more
Extremely busy location. The McCripsy was a terrible. Chicken patty and mayo. That's it. They also didn't give enough fries.
I would have rated a negative -1 but no option for that! Long wait in drive thru and I understand that when lines are long to... expect a wait:) Tonight when going through both drive thru windows were open and when I got to the order board waited while theother line served 4 cars before taking my order!! So I placed my order for a small smoothie and then asked the girl working whyshe served 4 others in the opposite line before taking my order. Her response?? uhm we?re busy? - What kind of response isthat?! Please please train your staff on customer service! My time is just as important as anyone else?s and an apology for thewait would have been a more acceptable response. I really hate to be a ?Karen? and have lots of patience but I really can?ttolerate the poor customer handling and lack of respect for peoples time here. Read more
This McDonald's probably has better quality food as compared to other locations from my experience (if they get your order... correct) However the reason for the 1 star is because more than half the time they get your order wrong. If you're doingdrive-thu, make sure to double check how much you're paying and make sure the items you get are correct. Even after reconfirmingwith them at the first window, I still find myself paying for the wrong order and receiving the wrong items... Read more
Unfortunately, dirty outside seating area? it?s not clean to have a nice drink with coffee outside .. focus on cleaning and... making sure your area is clean and nice to have a seat and Purchase from your location. Disgusting Read more
By far the worst McDonalds around. Every time we go, we sit in drive thru for at least 30 minutes. When waiting to order at the... speaker, they favour the one speaker where they take their orders first regardless of who was at the speaker first (this hashappened on many occasions). When you get to the window, you are never greeted nor told the amount for your order. All they dois hand you the debit machine. When going to the second window, again you are never spoken to. All they do is hand you yourfood, and when you say thank you ... you do not get a response from them. Where has the customer service gone? Our order isalways screwed up and when you bring it to their attention, you are given attitude back and they make you feel like aninconvenience .. yet if they got the order correct the first time then I wouldn't complain or be an inconvenience to them whenasking for my order to be corrected. When brought to the managers attention regarding the rude and non-customer service friendlystaff, she just shrugged her shoulders and had nothing to say. In saying this, there is one young gentleman who has greatcustomer service and is very polite. His actions should be recognized.. I wish I got a name.
