Unfortunately, quality of food went down , I can only eat vegetarian and I really love their grilled veggie, I came multiple... times to see when they will have the grilled veggie , they tell me we don?t have it !! I come another day hoping they will haveand nothing ? I used take nachos with my order in a bag now they tell me you can?t unless you dine in! My husband and I visited your Bradford Location on June 30th. While the food was excellent, the use of your washroom was... deplorable. It is a single-use washroom with a steel door. The lock on it is a residential flip and slide night lock. Easyenough to lock, but impossible to easily disengage. After several times of trying, I started to pound on the door. After 5pounding stints, my Husband was able to hear from where he was seated at the front of the store. It was starting to get busy,just after 12pm, so there were a few people talking/ordering and could not hear my pounding. Wondering where I was, my Husbandcame to the door then an employee came to the bathroom door as well. She told me that her Mother had got locked in and she usedher keys to pry at the lock to get it to release. I walked into the bathroom with no purse or phone. If this was a knownproblem, why is this lock still being used? There were no instructions in the washroom of how to operate it. The employee proceeded to tell me how to release it and after several times I was able to release it. Meanwhile, my Husband who is aVolunteer Firefighter had planned on how to knock out the wall beside the door, to free me. He was ready to call 911 for thepolice and fire department to come in and do a forcible entry to get me out. This was an inappropriate lock for a bathroom doordue to the fact that it is complicated to operate and prone to sticking. Customers should be warned that they could get trappedinside the washroom. Parents should tell their kids not to lock the door and parents stand outside the door while a child isinside the washroom. Is this the new normal for Mucho Burrito washroom facilities? Read more

Ordered from skip despite my better judgment. The burrito bowl was actually delicious and special instructions were followed.... The mucho burrito on the other hand was mostly just rice and very little meat, disappointing considering the cost. Also thefamily size chips and queso is a joke. You get a big bag of chips and 4oz of queso? I called another store to inquire theirsizing (because the Bradford location didn't answer their phone after 3 tries) and for an individual size portion you get a 2ozqueso for about $3 but for a family size you get 4oz and it's over $10. How does that make any sense. I would have liked to seethe sizing labeled on Skip so I could have saved some money and ordered a few individual portions and got more of the queso wewere hoping for. Also the quesadilla was a joke. A few sprinkles of cheese for $12. Will likely just stick to the other manyMexican options in town. Read more

My kids just bought two burritos, one small and a regular, the price two dollars difference, as you can see they are pretty... small, my son paid like $12 for a kiddie size burrito (small) When we got home they were so disappointed, we have tried theNewmarket and we have no complaints The ingredients looked and tasted old and barely any meat. I thought from the time thisplace was opened the had learned how to serve and make a burrito My husband and I tried it the first day and felt so bad forthose kids serving, they had no clue, I remember the owner walking in but didn?t stop or help them, Our burritos were cold andthe grilled wasn?t hot enough. Good place for a burrito. I had the veggie protein bowl today, the balls I got were very dry and tasted like sand a common... mistake many restaurants make with their veggie balls, not actually tasting them. Otherwise the rice was fresh along with thebeans and all the other veggies so I still enjoyed the bowl by crumbling the veggie balls in it. I will still come here for aburrito but not a bowl. The staff have always been friendly to me and I eat here very often. Great food and service, and the place always looks clean.... The vegetarian Beyond meat is well cooked and seasoned (other Mucho Burritos seem to overcook and under season it imo) so a goodoption for veg friends! :) Read more

Lady working there was friendly but with no knowledge of how to wrap a burrito. Veggies were soggy like they have been sitting... there for a few days. Steak was Bone dry and crunchy must have been at least 2 days old the guacamole was brown and runny. Theyneed to look after the food more often Majority of the food was at minimum 24 hours old. Lady making the burritos was nice andpolite but she needs to be trained more. Read more
