they never cut the pizza properly? I always have to rip the pizza apart. The last Order was contactless and came with the panos... on top on the pizza box.. of course when I opened the box half the toppings were stuck to the top of the box?their always seemsto be an issue with the pizza every time we order from there. As much as I love pizza nova pizza it?s hard to justify paying anarm and a leg for pizza when there?s no care taken in the order. Will not be ordering from this location again. Read more
Placed an order almost 2 hours ago and still hasn't started being prepared. What's worse is all the employees are in the back... avoiding the front counter while they leave a young man (who is visibly overwhelmed and stressed out) at cash to deal with thebrunt of frustrated/dissatisfied customers - nobody assisting him. Yes, its Halloween and expected to be busy but this isunacceptable. Horrible management at this location. Read more
Ordered wings and 2 lg pizzas and they were all burnt. The wings was half garlic Parmesan and half mild was dry as hell. I was... really disappointed. The order wasn?t even ready, and we came 35 min after placing the order. Had to wait 10 min more for theburned wings.why not return? Only to wait another 35 min and burn gas to go back. No star if the option is available. Bad bad service, never go back. We ordered in advance and PAID for by phone. We still waited... for over 20 mins at the store and could be still waiting if I didn?t stop the only guy who works there on a first Summer Sundaynight. He was too busy preparing other orders in the back and completely ignored those waiting in line. I had to stop him togive us our pizza that we ordered 45 mins ago and paid for. He kept shouting at us to wait! Wait! No apology nothing. He waskeep making someone else orders while we kept waiting until I stopped him again!!! What were we waiting for??? I told him tojust grab the pizza and give it to us, it?s paid for!!!! It took him less than 2 mins to complete the transaction at the end! Googled where I could eat late as I was late to get home from work, wanted pizza, pulled up at 11:20 store open, guy saw me pull... up and closed the sign then gave me the pointer finger shake when there suppose to be open for another 40 mins. If you not openlate no problem, if you are, don?t close the store when a person comes because your suppose to be open. Read more
Terrible. Haven?t ordered from this location in a few years due to how awful it is. Last week I thought I?d give them another... chance. Thin, cardboard with barely any toppings. We also ordered the arancini? hard over fried balls.. so gross. Pizza was wayover done. I ordered regular crust and it was so thin .. No point in ordering ahead online to pickup. As they will only make your pizza once you walk in and pay. Pointless.
