Adam is very courtious and always says hi to me by name, even if he isn't working at the counter he checks the customer orders.... I've worked in food and service for 14 years and Adam has an awareness of the store that makes the whole operation run smoothly.Great job Adam keep up the great service I am a regular for a reason!!! By far one of the dirtiest and disorganized Starbucks I have ever been in. The outside garbage, both inside garbages and the... garbages in the washroom were overflowing. The washrooms were dirty, no soap and no hand sanitizer. Obviously they wereunderstaffed which didn't help with the long wait getting served and getting our drinks. Read more

Came in for a pick up order and every other person in front of me touched my cup (4 people). Was grossed out by the other... patrons habits today but also disappointed that my coffee wasn?t labeled with my order name/number - which may have prevented somany ppl touching my cup (including the rim).
