Adam is very courtious and always says hi to me by name, even if he isn't working at the counter he checks the customer orders.... I've worked in food and service for 14 years and Adam has an awareness of the store that makes the whole operation run smoothly.Great job Adam keep up the great service I am a regular for a reason!!! By far one of the dirtiest and disorganized Starbucks I have ever been in. The outside garbage, both inside garbages and the... garbages in the washroom were overflowing. The washrooms were dirty, no soap and no hand sanitizer. Obviously they wereunderstaffed which didn't help with the long wait getting served and getting our drinks. Read more

walked in. stood at the counter. 3 staff on, not one acknowledged me though they were holding conversations about,"the lines"... and how Billy had so much food to heat up for orders. I guess filling all the juices infeont of me was more important thatacknowledging me or telling me they'd be a moment. Sorry Billy couldn't multi task. Also, once Billy was done cooking. he turnedto a girl who was waiting after me first. which just had me standing there dumbfounded. Never have I felt so invisible. My favourite Starbucks in the area. Professional staff, lots of indoor and outdoor sitting, and free parking spots make this... Starbucks my favourite cafe in Bradford (and nearby towns). They recently built and opened this cafe, so everything is brandnew. Read more
Came in for a pick up order and every other person in front of me touched my cup (4 people). Was grossed out by the other... patrons habits today but also disappointed that my coffee wasn?t labeled with my order name/number - which may have prevented somany ppl touching my cup (including the rim). Love Starbucks but will never do an in-person pick up again. ???????? Read more
