Dangerous parking lot with staff having no care for patrons safety due to their drive thru being packed with double lanes... leading INTO the actual plaza stop signed areas etc. accidents probably happen often. on top of it my order was soaked ingrease attempted to attach a photo but no option. I didn't know the breakfast sandwiches were dunked in fryer grease. legitnegative 3 stars. Read more
I go to drive thru first for 5 chai tea latte and they was like you have five drinks come inside . I walk in and when i come to... home all of the tea is one third full and don't even mix properly. idk what's wrong with them even they took so long to make myorder. Read more

Horribly ran, sit in this drive through for way to long everytime and they always manage to find a way to screw the order up,... gotten multiple ice coffees that have no coffee in them, untoasted bagles. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
Not only did I ask for and pay for cream cheese, they gave me butter instead, and this is what I opened (see pictures) A ?job?... from a careless employee who doesn?t care about Tim Horton customers and clearly does not perform their job like they?resupposed to! Unprofessional. Staff refuse to speak english behind counter. Stand around when theres orders to fill. My order is wrong 9 times... out of 10. Give attitude when told to fix a wrong order. .. just to prove my point; i got a chicken bacon wrap. I did not orderthat. Bacon is undercooked and the chicken is hard as a brick. Read more
