The setting in the old Carnegie library was fun to walk around. Our waitress was very energetic and attentive. We had the beef... vegetable and mushroom soup... both outstanding. The flavors of the roast beef welk sandwich and hot German potato salad weregreat. The four of us all thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and would highly recommend the restaurant. Read more

The waitresses were nice and very apologetic. The potato soup I didn’t order was great. The salmon, instead of the filet... mignon ordered, was dry. The stuffed haddock I ordered was terrible. I sent it back and decided not to replace it. We didn’tgive the staff a hard time because we are kind people, but we would not recommend. Read more
Stopped here for a quick stop and we had to do take out because we were in a hurry. Which is too bad because it was a... beautiful building and worth seeing up close. The food was great. We got the Ruben with fries. Both were excellent. And nocomplaints about service even though it looked like only one girl was running the place. I look forward to coming back and nexttime lingering.
