i keep giving this place chances and they make it worse somehow every time, the manager kaitlyn is absolutely rancid, she?s... horrible at customer service, doesn?t do anything work wise. she just sits there and gives customers attitude. and where?s thegloves while handling food? watched the cashier touch money and then handle peoples food without washing or putting on any typeof gloves. chai tea? here?s some black coffee, oh you ordered 3 donuts? here?s 1 or 2 of the wrong donut. not to mention theconstantly burnt food. Constantly get my order wrong. I have a stomach disorder so I can't drink things with alot of caffeine in them, I even avoid pop... that has caffeine in it, and I order a hot chocolate and they gave me a black coffee! My stomach is killing me terrible place Read more

As a general manager of a coffee house I have never experienced such awful customer experience. I will not be going to any... Dunkin? ever again. Driving from Minnesota to New York this was one of the only places open. If you decide to clean your lobbyan HOUR before close and do not lock the doors it is on you as a business. For your employees who walked away as I askedquestions about the products. To then proceed to talk about how inconvenient and annoying we are as guests to walk into thelobby as they have to re clean and actually wait on us. I asked for a latte with vanilla and received a French vanilla latte.(Allergy to hazelnut ) when asked if it was just vanilla she walked away from me and said ?yeah sure?. I accepted that and wentto continue my travels just to have an allergic reaction that could have ben avoided. Worst business experience to date. Read more
I genuinely tried to go "#basic" with this order...Pumpkin spice iced latte, the apple cranberry refresher and a few donuts. The... donuts were delicious. The drinks, if you like the flavors, I'm sure are wonderful...just not for me. The pumpkin spice lattewas like doing a line of nutmeg with a hint of creamy espresso, so if you're into all that by all means it's your drink ! Theapple cranberry refresher was very refreshing but extremely overpowering. If Yankee candle was a flavor, that would be it. AndDunkin', if that's what you were going for...NAILED IT ! I understand everyone is short staffed and things are not how they used to be but come on. I work in the restaurant industry and... know better than to ever send someone out burnt food!! how the hell do you look at this, put the cream on it, put it in a bag,and think .. yeah that?ll be good!! No. it?s not that hard to tell when something is burnt. especially the smell. i always givedunkin the benefit of the doubt because i do come there and have good food some days but other days it?s really as if they haveworkers who do not care what they do or how they do it.
