Wouldn't go back. Burnt pizza, but they were busy. No excuse for my pizza, but must be a popular place.

Their pizzas taste so delicious. I would order again! ???? But the next time I order, I'll be avoiding the garlic bread and... pineapple toppings. Instead I'll opt for spinach toppings! Yummy! ???? I love the thin hard crust! Thank you Napolis! ?????? Read more

Extremely disappointing Margherita Pizza. Zero cheese on this pizza, looks and more importantly tastes, like pure dough. I... called to let them know, didn?t ask or even want money back, just wanted them to know there was no cheese so this doesn?t happento anyone else and was told that this has happened before, but they asked who made it and there was cheese on the pizza. Sentthem a photo, received a call back and still was told there was cheese but that there was extra tomatoes on it (I didn?t ask forthose) then was told per the owner Sue that I could have 20% off next order. I told them I would be happy to bring them thepizza the next day to show there is zero cheese. Took it back, was told the cheese is there but because it is a 9 inch goes intothe dough and when I showed her a simple Google search of what a Margherita pizza should look like, since fresh mozzarella ispretty distinctly snow white and stands out?I was told all the photos were photoshopped to which I said as I scrolled Googleimages you know for a fact these are photoshopped because I?ve ate this pizza many times before and it looks exactly like this.Told the lady to have one made for her because you can?t taste the cheese and she pointed to the pizza and told me she doesn?tlike spinach so she wouldn?t be trying it to which I told her it is basil and if she wants to argue with me about what is on thepizza to at least know what comes on it. She then told me to have a nice day. Moral of the story, terrible Margherita pizza andeven worse customer service. Read more

A hidden treasure in Bradford, PA. My wife and I tried a different restaurant before coming here but they were out of gluten... free pizza crust so we had to find another establishment. We went to Google and found Napoli's. At first glance you barelynotice this little place with only a small sign on the street. When you enter you walk in and see a carryout window and to theleft a very small area to dine in, we chose to dine in. The waitress was nice and semi attentive. The drink machine is rightnext to the tables and there is a really cool old jukebox that was unfortunately not working. The menu was extensively Italianfrom Pizza, subs, salad, pastas and more. We ordered the gluten free pizza crust and mild wings and fries. Fries were typicaland yummy, though only served with ketchup packets and we didn't have enough (This could be due to COVID). The wings were someof the best I've had, and I live in Buffalo, NY!! Would highly recommend these. The pizza was also delicious. We added parmesan, though it would have been great without. Only things we could complain about was that they make it clear they cannot guaranteecross contamination will not occur and gave the impression that it most likely WOULD occur. At the time of writing it is unclearif my wife (who has celiac disease) will be sick later but she said the pizza was worth the risk, it was so good. My wife alsodidn't like the water, she is sort of picky about water and it was Dasani which she can't stand. Overall we would definitelycome back and highly suggest this little gem to others passing through. We stopped here while spending the week at AlleganyState Park which isn't far from this restaurant.
