Went to try this location one more time.....and AGAIN our sandwiches were cold, buns hard, fries cold, opened up one of the... whoppers and the pattie was folded in half.......both large sodas were without any carbonation and little to no ice. We workhard for our money and to spend 22.13 for fast food and this is what we get for our money!?!? This was after waiting 32 minutesup front for our food, it wasn't fast or even food by any means! If the lack of staff is the issue then shut this locationDOWN!! This Burger King is now voted by MANY as one of the worst fast food restaurants in Kankakee County, the owner should beashamed of themselves to keep it open. The attitude you receive in the drive thru coupled with the terrible food and poormanagement makes this place not worth going back to. Don't waste your time here after 7pm. Came here at 7pm-closed, 8pm-closed, 8:40pm-closed even though they were taking last order... at window and lady had attitude as if I knew they weren't taking any more orders. so....go to WENDY'S , McDonalds or ARBY'S Read more
Just went through the drive thru ordered a double bacon cheeseburger plain when I received my order it was only a single bacon... cheeseburger so I checked my receipt and they charged me for a double. Maybe if the employees wasn't so worried about hittinghis vape pen he wouldn't of messed up my order worst service ever! Read more
Burger King has $1.00 dollar chicken nuggets and You get ten of them. Did you hear that ten of them. Five stars for that. Plus... it's clean. Plus went in and Was short 84 cents and Lady said Don't worry about it. That is Awesome. Five Stars All the Way.????? Read more
