Did not have a good experience today unfortunately.at Texas Roadhouse in Bradley Initially service was good with drinks and... appetizers. However, we waited over an hour and our entrees still hadn’t been served We only had Mac and cheese , chickentenders and wings so I doubt the food needed to take that much time to prepare.. After telling wait staff we had to leavebecause we had kids with us and it was getting late -and that we needed to have our food packed to go. Unfortunately it tookanother 15 min for them to bring out our food in take out containers- no napkins or utensils were even included. There wasplenty of servers so that was not a reason for the delay. My experience here was great I appreciate the manager & my server. I took my girlfriend here & she didn’t enjoy her food, she... felt bad & didn’t want to say anything so she ate half of it. I told the server & they were very polite & understanding.Although her food wasn’t great, their service & how they treat their customers made up for it. They deserve 5 stars. Read more
We had a mix up with our reservation, but Grace was helpful, understanding, and patient. We were seated within a few... minutes. Our waitress, Jaimie, was amazing! Server was awesome! Great chili! Steak medallions as usual super! Only complaint was it was like a frozen meat locker in there.... Place colder than our beer or frozen margaritas. Read more
This place has very good steak. Every time I have had them cook it the way I like it they've been right on. They also have fresh... buns with cinnamon butter when you first get there. $20 per person approximately depending on what you order. Highlyrecommended. Very excellent waitresses and waiters also. Just left not too long ago the date is December 6th at 8:45 pm. The front manager was awesome and very courteous the bartender... was really formal. The only reason I did not give them five stars was the fact that they forgot my shrimp with my order. So theonly thing that I would say is to be sure you check your bag and check your order before you leave if you're doing carry out. Read more
