When you address them after they mess up your order, they try to get an attitude with you as if you're the problem even after... they realize it was them who made the error. Super backwards. Most of the daytime crew members seem kind of slow including oneof the managers. When they get your order right everything be smooth.????????The moment you address them after they mess up,they all tense up and become weirdly standoffish. Especially that big wide dairy cow that be at the drive thru window who'snormally super friendly any other day... ???? While waiting for them to correct your order, you will see different crew memberscoming to the window just staring not saying nothing. ????I guess trying to look tuff or something... Newly remodeled Wendy's. Their new coffee creations are very tasty. Clean on the inside & service was quick!!!
Very clean and the staff were extremely pleasent and welcoming when we entered. The restroom was very clean as well. The... chocolate Frosty machine wasn't quite ready after being refilled so the manager offered a large for the price of a small. Wewill always remember this gesture of kindness. Got our food ordered on the mobile app after waiting like 20 minutes in line. Missing bbq sauce, toddler toy was the 3+, and my... grilled chicken sandwich was cut into pieces. Why? The food was great, it took forever to get to the point I could order my food. Then I had to sit at the window over 4 minutes to... get my food. That's crazy I was there after 1:00pm. They had a sign up about how McDonalds makes their eggs. I thought that wastacky. Read more
when we drove there it took 20 minutes to talk to the lady at the speaker, when we got to the window a heavyset woman insulted... my grandmother that is handicapped! Very disrespectful!! When she handed our food to us she practically threw it at mygrandmothers face and rolled her eyes and we left! The food was horrible, it was cold and hard. I hadn't gone through a drive through in probably 6 months but was craving a double w/cheese tonight. There was one vehicle in... line besides mine and she was in front of me. I'm saying they weren't busy. I order A burger; a double w/cheese, everythingexcept onions. I paid my $6.81 and it was handed to me right away. I got home to find a single w/no cheese. I swear on allthat's holy! How do you mess up A burger with 2 customers?! Btw, it sucked so thank you ever so much. Keep up the good work. Read more
