Waited for over 30 minutes to get a table and once we were seated we ended up leaving after 20 more minutes without anyone even... taking our drink order. Everyone in there was screaming and acting a fool and I never saw the staff helping anyone. Very poorexperience, will not be back to this establishment. Read more
Two adults and 2 teenage girls. $80 with tip drinking 3 waters and sprite. Wife?s salad was 10. Ordered 5 naked chicken strips;... showed up fried with no sauce. They were large and tasty despite not being how I ordered. Large $5 fries for table were smallerthan usual. Ordered 10 wings with no sides for $13.99 I think. They were medium sized and crispy. Surprised no sides. Had 10boneless wings. Again about $13 with no side. They were tasty white meat but small. They wouldn't take our order. We couldn't place a to go order. I counted 15 tables that needed cleaned. The servers said "its... not us, were not busy, it's the kitchen that's backed up". We waited 45 minutes for a table to be told that we couldn't orderyet. Then when the kitchen did get caught up, we watched the servers scramble to get caught up cleaning tables. Never saw amanager. One waitress sat at the table next to ours almost the entire time. The wings weren't that good either. Read more
The food is great, you need to hire more people. Period. Foh, boh, bartenders, everything. You're painfully short on people and... it shows. Service was good. Food came quick... but the BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA needed to be cooked a bit in the oven as the flat bread was... mostly white and very floppy and the LOADED NACHOS WITH BRISKET had VERY little brisket. Both tasted very good and the BUFFALOCAULIFLOWER was amazing even though it was a VERY small portion for just over $11. Read more
Staff were friendly. I visited Saturday the closing time is at 12 AM. They served us even at 11:45 PM without hesitation.
The service was bad. Really bad. I try to give servers the benefit of the doubt; I was a server for years and know there are... many factors that can affect your job. But there was hardly anyone there and the server would disappear for long periods oftime. She knew we were sharing an appetizer and didn't bring appetizer plates. We also shared a large order of Buffalo tots andwings, but no plates. Then it took forever to get our check. I always tip at least 20% - most of the time higher - but theservice was so bad I calculated 15% to the exact penny. The wings were OK - slightly overdone - but the fried pickles andBuffalo tots were very good. The bill was over $50 for a coke, an iced tea, one appetizer, one order of Buffalo tots, and 15wings.
